I had my car repaired by DLG Services after my car was in a hit and run while parked on my driveway.
I can't speak highly enough of the repair work. It is superb and my car looks brand new.
My car was picked up and then dropped off by a very nice man. I was able to contact the garage whenever I needed to during the repair and the receptionists were helpful and friendly.
It has been stress free and I would highly recommend this garage.

If I could give 10 stars I would! This is the second time we have had to use DLG Autos and both times they have been amazing from start to finish. They ring when they say they’re going to ring, turn up on time and are all so professional and friendly. I cannot recommend these guys enough, they’re fantastic.

Recently had my almost brand new car repaired by DLG Autos after an accident. They came and collected my car and after 14 days returned it as good as new. Was kept informed via a portal of the progress. Car returned after being valeted. Can highly recommend this Company for body repairs.

Was super happy with the service from DLG auto services. From the moment my car was collected, to then getting updates on how they were getting on with repairs, to then finally my car being returned. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, especially the people that collected and returned my car.
I would definitely recommend them and be very happy to use them again.

This company deserves a 5 star rating as from start to finish they have been highly efficient and have kept me informed at all stages of the repair.
They supplied a courtesy car which was delivered and collected at exactly the time specified on both occasions.
I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Was assigned DLG through Direct Line insurance when someone hit the back of our car.
DLG kept us up to date with collection and delivery timings, and how things were progressing. We received our car back with it looking like new. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent experience, kept me updated, and did an exceptional job

Repair was completed to my door, the car was picked up and well detailed. I was given contact information and copy of pre inspection. I was contacted throughout repair with timelines. When i phoned for questions these were straight through without wait, and correct information. The car was returned on time and in good condition with all paperwork detailed.

My car is repaired my DLG recently and I would give 5+ stars on their service. The whole journey including insurance handling, courtesy car and repaired car delivered, status updates, etc are very professional and responsive. Well done all👍👍

DLG did an excellent job on my car repair. I keep my car clean and tidy so was gutted when someone drove in to it. DLG brought her back to looking great again. Friendly and helpful team throughout.

Excellent service from start to finish. Received updates of the progress of my vehicle and had a courtesy car delivered to my house. Once my vehicle was repaired they also dropped my car back to my home which had also been cleaned.

Good experience with DLG. They contacted me promptly after notifying the insurance. They collected the car from home leaving me with a rental car. After about two weeks the car was ready. Repairs are good and the car looks even better than before the accident. Thanks guys

Wonderful experience with this garage! The staff are so friendly, professional and provided very clear information. Everything was arranged so efficiently, from the booking, to my car being collected and returned, and I was informed of the progress of the repair, which actually has been completed much quicker than estimated!

Done a good job took longer than I was toldalso not sure if tgey had to take it somewhere else because it's just 5or 6 miles from my house they picked it up and used 46 miles of petrol when it was picked up said enough fir 168 miles when I went to collect it it said enough for 122 so I'm assuming that it had to be driven somewhere eles

Really great customer service. Collected the car when they said. Did the work. And returned the car when they said they would. Had a great app to track the progress.

All in all a great job
