A woman named Madihah served me today and made my day. She was very kind and helpful. I was very confused and couldn’t figure out where to find the dried dates. She lead me to them and then helped me find the falafels after whilst assuring I was satisfied and didn’t need anymore help.

Great coming back here after quite a while away. Well stocked some nice bargains and a delightful partner on the checkout.

Great place to shop, car park adjacent to the store 2 hours free parking and a nice little cafe

I like this shop, although I only visit once a month when I visit Kenilworth via the bus. It has lots of fresh produce, especially vegetables. If you can't buy something in your usual store, then try Waitrose because we managed to buy our rabbit's favourite.
Each aisle had special offers or reduced items. I suppose one thing I didn't like is that reward loyalty cards are only online.

Went to pick up a John Lewis Click & Collect order and also ended up buying 16 quality lavender plants at a very good price. Will definitely visit again.

Large supermarket with fish and deli counters. The supermarket is clean and well-stocked. Nice to see plenty of manned tills.

My husband had an epileptic fit in our local Waitress. The staff were excellent and they looked after us. We are very grateful to the lovely manager also.

It's amazing the difference you can make to your personal situation when you relinquish a little of life's conveniences.

Rather than the two miles I used to travel to use the nearby Sainsbury's, Tesco or Morrisons, I now go the extra 6 miles to enjoy a thoroughly wonderful supermarket experience that is Waitrose Kenilworth.

What a difference! Great parking, a clean and tidy store, friendly and helpful staff who are smart and well-spoken, a great selection of produce that stops just shy of going over-the-top, and really nice staff on manned check-outs.

Not only that, but there's a great café inside and, of course, the leafy village of Kenilworth itself if you want to make an afternoon of it. Splendid!

From now on, my regular supermarket for all my grocery needs!

Good to see a butchers and delicatessen in a supermarket in 2023, well stocked with fresh produce and a very competent spirits and wine department

This Waitrose is top notch. Been going here for years, they’ve always been very kind, the have plenty of variety, veggies, meat, venison, etc. Clean place, helpful staff. Once they had a fire and they had to re stock everything. I asked for tomates and they went to get some just for me.

Very fond of this store. Wide range of items to meet all that one could desire. Great selection of fresh meat, fish etc. available also. I get the lovely Waitrose 1 sausages, and sometimes some venison; tastes delicious and very juicy.

Parking service is great. Lots of space to park, even when it's busy. 2hour max stay which is enough to get all the shopping done!

This is the Best supermarket in Kenilworth. Lovely customers and lovely people to work with. I hope to be back working at Waitrose Kenilworth hopefully this year. Phase One Steel Orchestra also perform at Waitrose Kenilworth at various times during the year. Quality food and drink for all year round. Waitrose Kenilworth definitely better than Waitrose Stratford Upon Avon at the Rosebird Centre.

Fresh quality products and outstanding service

Good selection of quality foods, one of the few places you can buy Jacobs Creek Sparkling Shiraz... Which pairs perfectly with the excellent range of steaks from the fish/meat counter.
I have to say the customer service I've received there is outstanding. Elan remembers exactly how I like my steak cut, friendly service with a smile... couldn't recommend more

Spacious, bright store with great ranges and friendly staff. Also a pick up point for John Lewis click and collect which is very useful at birthdays, Christmas's and any other time a delivery is needed and you can't stay in. Additionally the parking is free for a couple of hours.

I enjoy shopping at Waitrose Kenilworth. Good quality product, helpful friendly staff and easy to navigate in your wheelchair.

It might seems overpriced sometimes, but you pay for what you get! Best fresh food, best popular brands & best service! Look out for Waitrose stuff and it won't let you down! I love baking my sourdough bread with their organic flour!
