Fantastic service we have had 2 log burners and installations both Pam and Steven were so helpful and we are so happy with both jobs.

We have just had a Clock log burner fitted by Steve and are really impressed by his work. As it’s an old cottage he came across lots of snags, it blew a gale and snowed when he was due to go on the roof but he carried on relentlessly. Steve moved all the furniture and covered everything up to minimise the mess. Bought some lovely baskets from the shop too. Would definitely recommend Tanau Caernarfon Fires.

A relatively new business in Pool Street. On my first visit they were very helpful when I was looking for some rope seals when replacing a glass front on a stove. They supplied me with what was needed. They have a nice selection of stoves and heating appliances on display so hopefully they will prosper and become a welcome addition to Caernarfon.

If a logburner is required then these are the helpful go to people Pam and Steve no nonsense straight people thanks 😁👍🏻.

Very poor, uncaring service. Complaints were dismissed by very rude owner.
