I had an excellent experience with the technical support team regarding my MacBook, which wasn't powering on. Arthur, the technician, was incredibly responsive, replying to my concerns quickly and resolving the issue without any additional cost. His professionalism and expertise were top-notch! I also want to give a special mention to Robert, who handled my customer service. He was polite, helpful, and ensured the whole process went smoothly. Overall, fantastic service from both Arthur and Robert! Highly recommended!

The staff that took care of me at this shop - Justin and Abby - were absolutely outstanding in every way. They went completely above and beyond to ensure that I was given the best possible outcome regarding a repair to my iPhone which required a completely new device, alongside my dealing with an awful phone rental company. They were understanding, patient and incredibly efficient. They went completely out of their way to help me. I will highly be recommending them and this shop to everyone I know. Thank you SO much. Service like this is rare and I hugely appreciate what they did for me.

I found Western Computers (Oxford) through the Apple support app.
From my initial call through to the resolution of the issue, Abby and the team were fantastic. Abby offered great customer service at 'front of house' and was exceptionally helpful.
The team managed to resolve the issue I was having with my phone within the hour.

I had a great experience at Western Computer for my iPhone repair. Justin provided excellent service, and Arthur, the technician, kept me informed throughout. The repair was fast, my phone looks spotless, and the speakers are even louder now. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Western Computer, thanks to Artur! My MacBook was having serious issues, and I was worried it would take days to fix. But Artur worked his magic and had it up and running in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. I really appreciate how quickly he diagnosed and resolved the problem. If you need any tech repairs, especially for a MacBook, I highly recommend asking for Artur. He's the best!

MacBook screen developed a fault but still just in warranty. Great service and really friendly staff who did a great job convincing Apple it was a fault and not user error. Couldn’t be happier with their service super fast turn around time, just two days to get a replacement and fix … a well deserved five stars.

Went in with a software issue on my macbook. The worker I spoke to, i believe his name was Will, was extremely helpful and very nice. Within a few hours my laptop was back to working again - definitely recommend!

Brought in my iPhone 15 Pro Max in after an official Apple store had messed up my screen (after fixing another issue I had) and the guys at Western Computer fixed it immediately.
Needless to say, wont be travelling to Reading or London again to have my Apple products dealt with. The store in Oxford is way more than capable, thank you!

Really friendly and helpful service from Abbi. I came in with what turned out to be quite a tricky problem, and she helped me through it in a really thoughtful and patient way. I can’t think of anywhere else I could go for such good support .

After being told by Apple that my device needed replacing ( but would not say why) and with them telling me over the weekend they had tried to call Western Computer but were closed. I decided to take my phone in myself. Was dealt was an EXTREMELY helpful man (unsure of his name my apologises) who ran a diagnostics on my device for free and in-fact assured my device did not need replacing as I expected.
In case of future problems with my device I will be bypassing apple directly as they are SHOCKING and coming straight to see the Western Computer team!

want to leave my feedback about the service I received at the Western Computer store. I was served in a polite, helpful, efficient and honest manner. Thank you very much for recovering my Mac Book Air. I recommend this store because they solved the problem and I am able to work.

Locked out of my phone, and was really worried about bank details and passwords. Took it to these guys and within 5 minutes they fixed the issue. ABSOLUTE LIFESAVER! Definitely recommend
