I went with my son and family to choose a sofa and chair. I did not know the shop and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of styles and especially fabrics. We were greeted, but left to wander and explore and only gently asked whether I required help. Once decisions were made the extra help on choosing fabric designs and all the extras was exceptional. Lots of ideas, but also plenty of space provided to choose for oneself. Thoughtful help at hand, but no rush and no hard sell. It was a pleasant way to spend an hour and a half! Now I await results.

Lovely experience visiting the Henley Sofas & Stuff. Sarah and the team were so helpful and accommodating with our various changes of mind ahead of finally purchasing our new sofas. They have arrived, beautifully made and the delivery and installation of our new furniture was excellent. Definitely recommend !

Highly recommend! We have just taken delivery of two sofas (Waverley & Lanhydrock). They are beautifully made in fabrics of our choosing. The whole experience of buying from the Henley on Thames showroom has been really pleasant. The choice of fabrics is second to none & the showroom excellent. Nick the manager was lovely to deal with & really helpful with the ordering. Alicia & John also had an input, part of a very nice team. Bogdan & Gabor who delivered the sofas were charming & nothing was too much trouble. It was a very wet day & they took such care coming into the house, removing the excellent packing & placing the sofas for us. Thank you all, we are delighted.

We had a warm welcome from Alicia, and she remembered us when we returned to confirm our sofa order. Everything was explained and demonstrated, plenty of material samples to look at and no problem pricing up materials they didn’t usually stock. Would definitely return in the future.

Great showroom, choice & extensive range of lovely quality fabrics. We had a modular Wadenhoe in a Linara linen fabric. It allowed us to have the size and arrangement for a corner sofa that was perfect for our space and we hadn't been able to find elsewhere. Customer service was responsive, un-pushy & they went above and beyond to help. A year later we still love our sofa and the fabric and cushions are still great

Visited the Henley on Thames store and spoke with Nick on several occasions. Nick was extremely friendly and not at all pushy, but also very knowledgeable about the available productsand ancillary services. He also did his very best to help make our purchase affordable by discussing different options with us. Thanks Nick!

Brilliant service from start to finish. The choice of fabric is amazing and the quality of the final products (we ordered a bed and ottoman) is top class. Incredible and highly recommend.

We have purchased 2 sofas from Sofas & Stuff (Henley branch) and we are really pleased with the style and the quality of the sofas. The staff in the shop and delivery staff were always very helpful and they are all committed to excellent customer service. Nick Ferguson the store manager ensured we were always kept informed of delivery timescales and also dealt with any queries we had. All issues were quickly resolved. Great store, Great people and would definitely use this company again.

It's been a delight dealing with Sarah and so easy even ordering from Australia. I fell in love with two of Sofas and Stuff's fabrics and can't wait for them to arrive to recover an existing sofa and chair which we brought out from England... We just visited the Henley store. Nick and Alecia were incredibly friendly and informative and helped us choose two fantastic sofas. They were able to show us the design of the sofas with our chosen fabrics and even managed to finish the look by showing it against our paint and carpet colour scheme so we could confidently know we had chosen well. Thank you so much. We received a very bespoke service.

What a lovely experience from start to finish.
We popped in to the Henley store and was instantly greeted and helped by John. Nothing was too much for John and he’s made the process seamless & easy, and was always patient despite my husband and I changing our minds a few times on which sofa to order! We eventually decided on the Hambledon corner sofa in charcoal & it’s exactly what we had in mind from the start.
Deposit paid and Hambledon now ordered - we can’t wait for it to be delivered, and nor can our Labrador, who was very much involved in the decision, since the stores are dog-friendly! Thank you to John, and Alicia, for your brilliant customer service - it always makes such a difference.

Friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to help and advise us in buying out new sofa. They gave us plenty time and space to make our decision and were on hand to answer any questions, but without being intrusive.
There was a significant delay in delivering our sofa, but the staff were quick to communicate, explaining why there was a delay and even sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers in appreciation of our patience and to apologise. This was a lovely touch and was much appreciated.
When the sofa was delivered the delivery team were helpful and friendly.
We are delighted with our new sofa, it looks great and is extremely comfortable.

Amazing service from Nick from the time we walked into the showroom. Super friendly and great with technical recommendations and making sure we were not buying a sofa too big for the room. Helped with the colour swatches in the final stages, as did his colleague Alicia who was very helpful in matching up fabric samples I had given her. Wonderful friendly atmosphere and you were made to feel very welcome even to being offered a coffee! You never felt rushed or pressured and we will definitely be back for any future purchases we may need. Thank you Nick!

We are delighted with the bed and sofa from Sofas and Stuff in Henley. The quality is excellent and both items are extremely comfortable.

The service we got from Nick and the team was first class. Very helpful and not at all pushy. The choice of fabrics is huge but Nick guided us through the labyrinth of options and we ended up with exactly the right choices.

Delivery was offered almost exactly to the day predicted. We actually asked to delay a little as the rooms weren’t ready, but that was no issue at all and everything showed when requested. It was delivered by a very helpful team who put everything together with great care, gave some good advice on caring for the furniture and then took the rubbish away.

All round a first class experience and we will definitely be back to see Nick when we are ready for new furniture for the living room.

Myself and my wife visited the Henley store today and were greeted by Nick. He was so informative, we browsed the store and on making our decision he helped us with colour, style and material choice to suit our needs. Nick listened to our requests, gave us plenty of time and no way did we feel pressured.
