B&Q Harlow

Decent shop with a good selection of products. Also has a garden centre. Plenty of spaces, normally very easy to park if there aren't huge queues for the McDonald's drive through. Polite staff.

I visited this morning to get a plant pot. Lucas and Tracy were so friendly and helpful going the extra mile to help me get the pot I needed which was up high on a shelf. They were really, really helpful and provided an unexpectedly good service.

The shop is really clean and tidy, very well stocked and all of the staff I dealt with were so friendly and welcoming, even saying good morning as I entered. The lady on the till was also very friendly and I had to queue for only 10 seconds.

A very positive experience and an excellent example of a very well run store. I will be looking forward to returning here.

Good for small items, screws, nails etc, but don't ask for advice, you won't get a decent answer.

Nice and easy trip during the Corona! Staff seemed a bit clueless however they were attentive and did try their best to help, and as usual good service and good quality paint in B&Q. I'll give a 5 star!

I went into B&Q at Harlow today with 3 items only one of which that I'd bought on line from B&Q. I asked if they had a customer service and was direct to their manager. I don't think that I have ever been so impressed, he was super helpful in every way and solved my problem in minutes. I didn't get the impression that he wanted to call me an idiot ever though I had been .
I'm very sorry that I didn't take your name , you know who you are and all I can say is thank you many times I am very grateful

Daniel is absolutely fantastic, deigned my kitchen knowing I'm on a budget, he was super helpful and very patient with me when I couldn't decide on door handles lol he came up with exactly what I had pictured in my head, he does his job but he also cares, which makes a big difference to your experience, I hope his manager sees this and praises him as its very much deserved, can't wait to get this project underway now!!

Massive B&Q with a good variety of stock and items

I have visited several B&Q stores but the Harlow staff give the best customer service by a long shot. Nothing is too much trouble even when the store is busy.
The whole team is friendly , helpful and informed. They have excellent product knowledge, know their stock and its location. Michael the manager always goes out of his way to help & has a great team at Harlow. Many thanks for all your hard work throughout the pandemic , well done team Harlow.

Ordered on click and collect. Didn't have to wait long till text received to collect it. Had to queue for a shirt time to get into store. Well organised and efficient. A lovely guy named Nick went to collect our item. He was so polite and very quick. Great service and my bun storage cupboard is fab 👏🏼

I had an excellent experience in store today. Being very untechnical I needed help with ordering and pricing room dividers. Hussain was extremely helpful and patient with me also suggesting other options. The staff gave me a seat as I had a bad leg it was an all round positive experience.

It's an ideal go to place for DIY stuff. It's the none trade arm of screwfix

I've always had a good shopping experience here. Usually got exactly what I need for home DIY projects. My only gripe is not with B&Q, but the awful car park and the time it takes to get out of it. Harlow council need to sort that bit out.

After being sent on a wild goose chase and from shop to shop we finally came across customer service lady Bex at the paint station in Harlow who could see we had been given the run around and went out of her way to accommodate us. I can not thank her enough or the store for assisting us as after both Braintree and Chelmsford messed us around.

Easy parking and access. Very helpful member of staff. No waiting at check out.

I think B&Q's actually got better the staff are extremely helpful and they've made some nice improvements in there it's definitely a shed worth of visit

He's very efficiant at his job with a likable personality..!!
