Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery Harlow

Had a new kitchen fitted last year, wanted to wait to post to ensure all was well with it all before giving 5 stars.
Our Builder recommended couple of kitchen companies to price the kitchen with so went to the first, who kept saying the discount offer was only if we agreed today but wanted to think such a big purchase through and I thought that practice was no longer used and made it feel rushed.
Rung Benchmarx and spoke to Penny, who took my dimensions and ideas over the phone and booked an appointment.
On our arrival, the plan had been started so never had to sit for hours watching while adding every unit.
That left us time to discuss design details, and little nice touches.
No asking what price I had previously got, just give us a cost that was better than the other National Company, and never had a time limit, take your time to decide and also with our wish list of named products, Bosch appliances and real hard wood work tops.
Told first company that I was not going to use them and then they could come down on price by thousands. Cowboys.
It all went to plan and the Builders created our kitchen, see pictures.
I would recommend at least put Benchmarx, Harlow on your list to get a full plan and price.
Penny was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble, a true benefit to the Company.
Everything is still working as when fitted, I do have to have the real wood treated once a year but looks wonderful, so glad we choose to have it.
