Used buildbase Harlow recently for materials to build a summerhouse. Was dealt with by Oliver, very helpful! Priced well and came back with a quote very quickly. Some of the order was out of stock (timber) but he phoned as soon as it was in and was able to push delivery before the bank holiday weekend. Definitely recommend.

Was getting my unit refurbished and was able to find all I needed at build base always had everything in stock. Customer service here is exceptional, Hannah was especially helpful and helped me compare different products from different stores and even secured me a discount.

I run a construction company (Lmp Developments) and now come here regularly for all materials. I was going to leave a review for individual staff however EVEEYONE that i have dealt with has always been more than helpful and gone above and beyond to help me. From the guys in the yard assisting me and helping load, to the management and staff behind the desk. Everyone is always helpful and would highly recommend if you want building materials and want genuine help from all members of staff, no other merchants have helped like these guys have.
