I have been a customer at Ceritech for over 5 years and from day one have received a friendly welcome and great advice. I have had the benefit of several demonstrations and have always been given plenty of time to listen, always with my own music. I have purchased many items and have never worried what would happen if anything went wrong, the team can't be faulted on their customer service. I can't wait for my next visit!

Purchased Primare AMP from Ceritech in June 2017, Adrian could not have been more helpful allowing us a good long demo session using my own speakers. They ensured everything was double checked & working how we wanted before we left. They matched the price on the amp against competitors & I ended up purchasing the matching CD player a week or so later which they ordered in for me (again matching competitors on price). This is a great quality independent hifi specialist with great demo facilities. Great shop, great staff Thanks

Ceritech is my go-to place to purchase new kit and to maintain my Linn LP12; I wont take my beloved turntable anywhere else. Friendly, knowledgeable & understanding staff with great facilities to hand. Solid relationship built up over the years. Its a gorgeous drive (from South Wales) too. Kevin

Simon and his trusty team installed a home cinema for us and we love it.
We use it every day for movies and TV - even bad news looks more acceptable on a 10foot screen.
Multi channel sound is so discretely installed that some visitors don't have any idea where the super sound is coming from.
On top of all this I always said that the system had to make my music sound good - and it does. Another feature I use everyday.
Maybe you wouldn't expect to find a hi-fi shop of this quality way out west in the Forest of Dean. A wonderful surprise!

Should you be considering buying, or upgrading your existing hi-fi system, then I urge you to speak to these guy's first. The audio stuff is high end and a great selection, project, dynauido naim and great quality stuff , no low range or low price stuff tho their so bring a fat wallet!
Offered coffee by Samantha and Adrian felt welcome. very limited parking and you need to buzz in.

I have been dealing with Simon and Sam for nearly 10 years and nothing has ever been too much trouble - I am a very fussy buyer and they have always been patient and very helpful recommending different kit I had not considered but never pushing me to buy it - the same can be said with the DAC i have just bought - I went in with a couple in mind but while I was there they also suggested others to demo which I did - I always take my own records/CD's in to demo and nothing has ever been too much trouble and they make a cracking cup of coffee for you while you are there

I have recommend them to many of my friends and they have always been pleased with the service they rec from them

Its always nice to go somewhere where the owners is knowledgable about the stuff they sell and not there just to give you the hard sell
