Starbucks Coffee

Really good coffee, we love stopping here for a break and then continuing with our journey :)

One of the best coffee I had, made by the finest coffee barista Alexcy. If you ever see her make sure to ask her to make your coffee.

We just picked up coffees at the drive through window at the Eastbound Membury Starbucks and credit where credit is due, the customer service was spot on, orders were right first time, no repetition needed and the lady was friendly. Also, I'm not keen on Starbucks coffee usually, but this was the nicest oat flat white I've had at a Starbucks.

service was very good, the man wanted me to try my drink before we paid to make sure it was up to standards!

Can't beat a good rest stop. Nice friendly staff, prompt service and some relaxing music to take your mind off that long drive / ride home.

Clean, friendly and good coffee

Kelly at the outside Starbucks was amazing! She fixed my drink after the inside Starbucks lied twice about my drink being blond roast. Which I knew wasn’t because I drink Starbucks daily. I don’t believe the Starbucks inside the welcome in is a real Starbucks but franchise.

We visited on Monday evening at 8.30pm. The lady who served us was very polite and helpful. The tea and coffee were good.
The place was spotlessly clean and it was easy to follow the covid restrictions.
Then best part was that we had inadvertently stayed a little over closing time, but there was no fuss, the staff let us out politely and said goodnight.
Thank you for an excellent service.

My husband and myself were there in early September. The staff were great. Very helpful and they made great coffee!
As per their suggestions, we purchased the reusable coffee mugs. Thanks for your help! So glad we stopped in.

Don't you just hate all those people who say "Coffee with this... Coffee with that... Oooh that's a snazzy bouquet..."
Can I just shock you? I like coffee!
Staff were friendly. Gave me a biscuit when I remembered later that I'd left without them giving it to me...
I think they thought "Who... Who... Who do you think you are!" but were professional enough to hide it.
No Eastbound drive up the M4 between Cardiff and Reading is complete without a visit! They serve drinks with a substantially "higher than homeopathic" level of coffee that experienced in most other Starbucks 🙂

Staff in the drive through are always really friendly. Lovely consistent taste of my coffee just like it should be.

Good service I have stopped here on a number of times and the service has been good plus coffee or other hot drinks are well made I cannot complain 😌👍🏾

This is a lovely place to eat the food is always piping hot very friendly and helpful top mark's i live in England and every time i come to Wales to see family i always come here to eat its one of the best

For coffee, much more convenient than the main plaza. Has its own toilets. Nice seating area and helpful staff. Parking just outside.

Quick and efficient.
Stopped here again on a wet Wednesday lunchtime, one server but as its so quiet it was still speedy and friendly

Excellent food, plenty of choices including vegetarian and vegan. Lovely staff. Good service. A pleasant change from average moterway services.

Really keen staff. Helpful and pleasant. I park up and went in. Also offers a drive-thru service for those of us on a bit of a rush

I once left my card here and these guys were great looking after it for me. Great staff and good coffee!
