There was an error with the date to collect a mattress. Was annoyed but they were so apologetic. A good charity which I will continue to support. Keep up the good work.

Always worth a try for some bargain and something unexpected and basic at the same time. Friendly useful staff and great prices and decent stuff for the money. part of the community of Gloucester these folk and always ready to help.

What an amazing bunch of guys who absolutely made my day as I very tearfully chose a gorgeous leather recliner to replace the old one that I lay on with my beloved Bear the wonderful rottie as he passed to rainbow bridge nearly two years ago, these wonderfully helpful gentlemen showed great compassion and understanding as I blubbed like a sentimental fool in store!! 10/10 to each one on the afternoon shift on Thursday 27th August! Thank you so much 👍

Great range of goods of all types. Not the easiest place to park and there are few spaces outside. Take time looking around the place. There are gems to be found and most are reasonably priced. If you're looking for matching sets of anything, better go elsewhere but then you'd miss out on something and pay so much more. I have already got a couple of great things.

Great staff. Plenty of stuff there.... anything you want to furnish or spruce up a home.

Great place for believers in recycling. " Second hand furniture" in varies condition at sensible prices. Just wander around and pick what you want some stuff was too damaged for us but we got a good mirror and coffee table for£30.

Great place to pick up second hand furniture and homeware including bedding, cutlery, crockery, utensils and electrical appliances and much more. They also have second hand clothing and accessories, as well as books and toys. I have found a number of real bargains there. The staff are friendly and helpful and they are keen to take donations there.

You can always find some type of nik nak in this store..

Great place, friendly collections (even though they didn't collect as I inexplicably cut through wires and threw integral parts of a chair away)

Fab place if setting up home on a tight budget, even better if you can refurb a little, great second hand prices and polite and friendly.
