The number one company in the world. The coolest customer service, they answer the phone straight away and are very attentive. Most importantly I want to share with you: I bought a set of Sono speakers. The rear speakers are too big for my room (era 300) and a floor stand which costs £270. Which I took out of the box. .I called the customer service center and they replaced it without any problems. To tell you the truth, I did not hope that they would change it. From my experience with PC Word, when I bought a TV and it to be too small for my room, I asked them to change it to a large TV. But they refused.thank you smarthomesounds ,thank you castamer service

I haven’t yet bought from SHS but they do some very helpful videos on YouTube (check them out).

I cannot find any fault with this company.
I found them on YouTube through researching connecting my Sonos to a turntable.
I contacted them to enquire about a turntable they had on clearance. I couldn’t afford it at the time but they said, if it had gone by the time I could then they would give me a discount on a new one.
Next day delivery was great, and after sale advice was fantastic.
Not only were they the cheapest on the market. Their YouTube videos were the most informative and customer service and advice second to none.

Ordered tv at 2.30 yesterday for a very competitive price and it arrived this morning at 7.45 - now that's what I call excellent service.

I called Smart Home Sounds to see if they had any offers on Sonos 1's. The lady was very helpful; gave me a code I ordered them and they were delivered the following day. Considering my local curry's wouldn't offer ten pence off my purchase no wonder these large chains go into liquidation. All I can say is this company deserved my business now and in the future good on them well done! It is so simple, I highly recommend them!

Ordered the sonos five yesterday. At 1pm. I'm sat in my living room today listening to it, 24 hours later. Jamie answered my questions quickly on the live chat and provided the correct cable I need to connect my vinyl player as well. Great service
