Toolstation Gloucester

Fantastic service and helpful advice this afternoon from Tiffany to resolve a tap valve problem. Problem now solved and no more dripping taps! My first experience of Toolstation - and it certainly won't be my last!

What a brilliant experience, Nice staff as always - Your really doing the right thing with signage and help to collect safely. I have been so impressed with this store we now shop here all the time! Keep up the great service, your doing the company proud.

All customer service based staff could learn a thing or two from James. Aside from having fantastic product knowledge which is somewhat expected, his customer service, friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond knows no bounds. I wish all my staff were like him!

Clive and Katie were great at assisting me with similar items that they never had in stock on my order list. Friendly and helpful staff members. I would recommend this branch for local tradesman.

This is always my first port of call for the immense range of building materials I use - why?
1) The staff are always friendly & polite & extremely knowledgeable with most products.
2) Prices are very competitive.
3) Excellent stock availability.
4) Provided the best safest service possible during the Covid19 Pandemic.
4)Martin the store manger is a credit to the organisation with his polite charm, motivation & going above & beyond in satisfying customers unusual requests, Martin is sure to go far with his positive professional attitude.

Toolstation is my first port of call. Their products are great value, yes, it can be a limited range at times, but if they've got it then it's generally a. fit for purpose and b. cheaper than most other sources.

The team in the Gloucester branch are really friendly, on hand to give any advice and very efficient. If it's in stock I can order it only, and it's ready for collection before I've unlocked my car to drive there. If not, they arrange for delivery.

The store is well set-up for our Covid world - safe and efficient.

Arrived at a quiet time so service was quick - was served by 'Norm'. Really helpful fellow in finding the product I was after quickly and going to the trouble of searching the surrounding stores when it seemed at first glance Gloucester branch didnt have what i needed in, turned out they did after some system issue was resolved so that was good. I would definately go back again.

I had an excellent experience at this store considering the circumstances at the moment! When informed my order was ready I went to the store and was met by a helpful gentleman who asked me to wait till the current customer had finished at the temporary counter my order was dealt with quickly and I was on my way.

Great store, used it many times. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Have had some quality issues in the past but instantly resolved. Can’t fault them at all.

Always great service from freindly assistants, feel very safe using click and collect, however, some of the other customers do not appear to respect the staff much and ignore the social distancing measures. Quite disgusted by some customers behaviour.

Came in needing various things but not knowing exactly what. Was dealt with expertly by Clive, who not only had fantastic knowledge and advice, but his customer service overall was brilliant too. My new go-to for all my DIY needs! 5 stars!

Used my favourite Tool station 5th December to purchase a lever lock and fire door sash lock. Staff friendly as usual and found an exact size. Excellent service again.

Great service and advice in store from Norm who helped me get just the right drill bits and screws to complete a guttering job. Really helpful. Plus easy parking and competitive prices.

I was in here yesterday and was helped by Alex. It turned out they didn't stock the part we needed but he talked us through the options. Will definitely be going back and hopefully purchasing something to say thank you.

Very welcoming staff. I am a far cry from a DIY hero and the Manager (Jay I believe?) couldn't have been more helpful when it came to recommending the best products for the job.

Good safe queuing system. Store had all the items I wanted so only took one visit. Checked the bundle against Amazon and they were 4 times more expensive!

Regularly use Toolstation Gloucester and everyone is always friendly and helpful. Even in these difficult last few months orders have been ready to collect within the hour. Keep smiling :)
