Premier Inn Fleet hotel

Would give 1000 stars if I could. Came to the hotel under unusual circumstances and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating! Big shout out to Joanne, Joe, Nathan, Lindon, Desi and everyone else whose names I unfortunately didn't catch. Excellent team, all of you lovely people!

Myself and my son used this Premier Inn on Sunday night after a day at the Goodwood Revival 2023. This is by far the best Premier Inn I have stayed at and I have stayed at a few.
Great service from start to finish. Lovely, interested, friendly staff. Very quiet and free parking on site. We were able to take advantage of the free kids breakfast , two of us, all you can eat for £9.99.
The room was spotless and comfortable. Great location near to station and local shops with petrol station opposite the entrance .
Would definitely use again. Thank you to all the staff.

First time staying in this location, and it lived up to usual Premier Inn standards - lovely, clean, well presented room with everything you could need during your stay.
Highlight was The Kitchen restaurant. Honestly some of the nicest meals I've had whilst staying with any Premier Inn.

Very good, bed was lovely and comfy, staff all friendly, breakfast was just OK, fatty bacon and bland black pudding let it down a bit, but overall a good premier inn

During my week-long BMW business trip at Premier Inn Fleet hotel, I had an outstanding stay. The parking facility was convenient and greatly appreciated. The reception and restaurant staff were truly top-notch, and the chef's culinary skills were fantastic. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The food served at the hotel was first-class, and the room itself was fabulous. It had all the amenities one would expect, including TV, coffee/tea making facilities and more. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, to the point where it was difficult to get out of it at 7am. !

Moreover, the presence of a garage across the road was a bonus, adding to the convenience. Having stayed at many, this Premier Inn undoubtedly stands out as one of the best in the country. 6 stars out of 5 !

I genuinely enjoyed my time here, and I'd like to express my gratitude to the entire team. Hopefully, I'll have the opportunity to stay at Premier Inn Fleet hotel again one day. While I missed my wife and children during my trip, this hotel truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you, everyone !

The team at this PI are lovely. Had a really good Italian in the restaurant (much better than I was (snobbishly) expecting). Fab location 5 mins from station, 15 mins from town centre. Room clean, beds comfy as ever. Slept really well.

Had a great deal for DB& breakfast. Ok, it's not Michelin star food but it was edible and served a purpose.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom wasn't mouldy.

The staff were efficient and friendly with good customer service.

We've never looked at Premier Inn's before but would certainly do so in the future.

Can not comment on rooms as I have only gone in to eat the breakfast, which is lovely. Friendly staff, have been a few times now and really recommend 👌🏼

We stayed here for a couple of nights this week and had a thoroughly enjoyable time of it. All the staff we met were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as you come to expect at a Premier Inn. No frills, but everything you need for a few nights, and clean. Bed was very comfy and we slept well. The self-serve breakfast is good, and I'm sure it encourages people to overeat! I don't know why people don't use the provided tongs when handling the breads and pastries - the tongs are provided for a reason. And it would be nice if parents kept an eye on their kids who I saw rummage through the croissants, presumably looking for a 'big one', and then cough over them. The car park is at the rear, but you need to walk round to the main front entrance with your luggage as there is no direct way in from the car park. And the free wifi did everything we needed of it, including watching streamed video. We used this Premier Inn as a base from which to visit a few of the local tourist attractions, and it served us well. It's about a 15-20min walk into the centre of Fleet where we found a good selection of restaurants, and ate at two of them.

This is a fantastic place to stay! I stayed on business my train was delayed need a room at very short notice and the lady checked me in in about 5 minutes excellent customer service. The room was lovely a really good shower and bath and a Tv is also nice with all the channels on it too. The hotel was very quite cannot fault I need to stay here for another time coming up next week a great asset to fleet 😊

Ideally situated given my requirements. Rooms were of a good condition, clean and of decent proportions.
Very few staff around when I stayed but I did notice a full carpark so only assume the hotel was busy.
The restaurant was quiet when I visited but the food was good and the menu was identical for a Premier Inn not associated to a Beefeater (et-al)
All in all, a pleasant stay and if the need arises, would deffinately stay here again.

Seems like a good place. Lots of parking. I did not stay here but those who stayed here had good feedback.

The service and facilities here are exceptional, especially for the reasonable price. The breakfast is second to none. Very impressive.

Cheerful staff eager to please. Great value for money. Ideally located, walking distance from Fleet railway station and remarkable soundproof facilities. We could not hear any outdoor noise from our bedroom (310). Easy checking and ultra simple checkout. Free parking with CCTV for hotel guests. Elegant room styling, good bath and shower facilities. Multiple seating options in the breakfast/dining area- classic table, cafe armchairs and high stools. Good breakfast with generous portion. One thing could be improved, there was a slight on going aircon noise in the bedroom.

Turned up had no reservation Staff were so friendly and managed to find me a room for the weekend and they accepted cash! 😄 food was amazing and very good value for money

Staff were friendly, attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Family room was clean, comfy and the air con was a added bonus! Stayed here for 2 nights as we were going Ascot. Will definitely be back.

Premier Inns can be a bit hit or miss in my past experience but this once is superb. It is fairly new but staff were very helpful and friendly in the restaurant in the evening. Good selection of food & wine. My daughter could even charge up her tablet at the table while we ate. Rooms were very comfortable and the choices of pillows was a bonus. Rooms were clean and well equipped, would throughly recommend for a business or pleasure stay.

Impeccably clean room and comfortable bed (only let down was the overly soft pillows) in a warm, air conditioned family room which was lovely and quiet. Staff were very professional and friendly. Opted for the breakfast (kids eat free with each breakfast paying adult) which was fabulous with so much choice, tasty and very clean restaurant. Free WiFi was a bonus. Would not hesitate stating in a Premier Inn again if this was first impressions. Reasonable room rate too.

Very nice hotel , comfy beds , food was good too , had breakfast and an evening meal here, gool location, very understaffed tho.
