Hi Kate, just wanted to say a huge thank you for fitting me in for a hair cut today. It was a great experience and I really appreciate you managing to do my hair on such short notice. I made it to work on time by 12 am.

Lovely salon, really nice and friendly hairdressers,Jasmin did my hair, she is fantastic, after years of wearing hair extensions finally I feel good even without them.Thank you again Jasmin and looking forward my next appointment at the Zappas.

First visit to the salon. As I was a new client, I downloaded their 30% off voucher. The salon was lovely and clean. Everybody was friendly, and I couldn’t have been happier with my hair cut from Savannah (who was fantastic), and she finished my cut with a big bouncy blow dry. Really impressed.

I moved to Zappa’s to get the look I needed but couldn’t seem to achieve elsewhere. Lovely hairdressers and they are always trying to make it the best possible experience! I have finally got the hair colour I have dreamed off!!

Always amazing service with Jasmine, cannot fault her. She is kind, patient, funny and makes me very comfortable. I am autistic and have always struggled with hair cuts but I genuinely look forward to them now and always think she helps with advising on style and does an amazing job with my hair. I feel a lot more confident with my hair and am always happy after an appointment :)

Love, love, love this salon. I go and see Kayleigh and can honestly say I trust her completely with my hair. She has rescued my hair twice from dodgy hair colours (previous salon) and is a whizz when it comes to colouring. I really like the fact that Zappas invest in their workers and there seems to be on going training and opportunities to help develop them further.
I love the customer service I get at the salon, wide range of beverages, little snacks and I always enjoy the massage chairs at the hair wash.
Honestly can't sing the praises of this salon more, a really professional, personal experience.

I was nervous about having a haircut but Jody was great, very approachable friendly and knowledgeable . The experience at Zappas was great from the greeting at reception, the great hair wash and scalp massage and a fab cut and finish. Thanks everyone.

I went to zappas for the first time today, I saw the lovely Kate who took her time she asked me how I wanted my hair, she looked at how the condition was recommended a treatment, I had a relaxing wash while using the massage chair, what a treat and then had a brilliant cut. what a lovely experience, the staff are so nice, the salon is light and airy and your made to feel very welcome. Kate is an excellent hairdresser very passionate and funny . I have made my second appointment cant wait to come back thankyou Kate.

Andreea is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. She has cut and coloured (balayage) my hair twice now and I have been delighted with what she has done. She talks me through everything she does and is so knowledgeable. My thick, wavy long bob can be challenging to style but she gets it perfect. I couldn’t recommend her anymore. The atmosphere in Zappas is lovely and everyone is so friendly.

Very friendly atmosphere, lovely decor. Soothing massage while having my hair washed and very happy with the end result. Chloe was amazing, I will definitely be back soon.

I booked an appointment to have my hair restyled with Andrea, a lovely young lady with great customer communication skills. She talked me through each step of the treatment explaining why it would be best for me. Very happy with the restyle and fresh hairstyle. Much easier to manage and keep looking as nice as when I walked out of the salon.

Very professional service. Milly listened to what my concerns were with my hair and offered constructive advice.

I had an appointment booked with Andrea and I can confidently say it was the best experience I've ever had at the hairdresser's. Andrea talked me through and introduced me in detail to all the steps to keeping my hair healthy, and really understood the look what I was going for. Thank you :). I guess it is safe to safe that after 21 years I've found the perfect hair salon. Can't wait for my next visit!

I had an appointment with Jasmine on Saturday 9th July for an updo.

The salon itself is lovely. Very clean and tidy with a lovely atmosphere.

Jasmine took the time to listen and understand what I was wanted - which hasn't always been my experience with other places. Nothing was too much trouble for her (even when I asked her to tweak something for me) and kept checking that I was happy with the style before I left. The style itself lasted perfectly all day and all night and I received so many compliments about my hair. I would not hesitate to come back to Jasmine at Zappas in Fleet for another updo.

I went in for a longer mens haircut with Jasmine and she did an amazing job, the salon has a friendly and welcoming feel and I've come out with a haircut I'm really pleased with. I was confidently asked and advised all through the cut to make sure my choices were right for me each step of the way to get the result I wanted. I'm so happy with the whole experience and the haircut :)

I have my hair cut my Kate who is always really lovely to chat to and does an amazing job with my hair. She always knows exactly what I want and executes it perfectly. All of the staff are super friendly and easy to talk to. I’d highly recommend to anyone!

Jasmine helps by answering any queries you have and makes suggestions on what would work best for you. She is friendly and makes you feel at home in the salon.
Also the lady who washed my hair was amazingly gentle and the head massage nearly sent me to sleep, it was so good.

This salon is brilliant! I have really curly hair and Jasmine really knows how to look after it and knows what my hair needs. Dawn is also really friendly every time I go there. I am not forgetting the juniors too they are all good all do really good hair washes especially Liliana and Ellie T. Keep it up Zappas!!!!!!!

I've had my hair cut by Billie and Jody and both times I've left the salon absolutely beaming - I love their work that much! I usually leave hairdressers feeling a bit meh and recently made the mistake of trying a different hairdresser. SO glad I ended up back at Zappas! The stylists here understand hair and understand their clients - I have always felt completely listened to which makes such a difference. Can't wait to come back!
