EVERYONE BEWARE!! THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE. I ASKED FOR A BUTTERFLY CUT AND YOU GAVE AN UNEVEN, BRAD MONDO DIY HAIR TUTORIAL GONE WRONG LOOKIMG HAIR CUT. AND YOU STILL EXPECT ME TO PAY YOU?? IM CURRENTLY HAVING A MENTAL BREAKDOWN AND SO IS MY BESTFRIEND WHO ALSO WENT TO THIS SALON. IF YOU KNEW YOU COULDNT DO A HAIRSTYLE THE TELL US INSTEAD OF RUINING OUR HAIR AND STILL MAKING US PAY?? THIS SALON SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!

HER BANGS ARENT EVEN, THEY LOOK LIKE A STAIR CASE?? SHE LOOKD LIKE SHE TRIED A BRAD MONDO DIY BUTTERFLY CUT BRO. THIS SALON SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. + THE INSIDE OF THE SALON LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE TOOK A DUMP IN IT AND DIDNT CLEAN. LIKE BRO CLEAN UR FEIXKEN SALON FOR ONCE.

They spoiled my daughter’s hair. She cried for days. I had to take her somewhere else & her hair was done beautifully with much better cost than Namuna. I would not recommend Namuna.

The lady who is called sujata is the rudest ever person I have ever met in my entire life. I have never had such bad experience anywhere. This lady started arguing with me over a simple question about the price of the hair treatment I was going to have with her. Meanwhile she had applied the chemical of Permanent hair straightening on half of my hair and suddenly refused to carry on with the procedure and she asked me to leave the shop with the chemical on my hair. I was scared that the chemical will damage my hair and for the sake of my hair I calmed my self. I highly will not recommend anyone to go to this place. She also shouted at me and called me “ U Indians” and I am not even Indian. They are cheap, racist and very unprofessional and the whole salon was dirty. It didnt look like they have hoovered the saloon for weeks.

I witnessed the owner of the shop shouting and swearing at someone very rudely outside of her shop. Disgusting behaviour, I would never use this shop.

Ruined my brows, only have half of it left now 😭😭😭😭
