I ordered from this lovely family-run business a few weeks before Christmas. I was worried I’d left my order too late and so contacted the company. The customer service I received was fantastic. The product did arrive for me to give the clothing as a gift for Christmas. I was delighted at the quality and look of the item orders (a pair of pjs for a 1 year old). Not only this but the item arrived wrapped in lovely cub-wear tissue paper and in a protective pouch. So much more detail, care and attention had gone into the packaging compared to many other high-street stores I have bought from before. Safe to say that I will be a repeat customer from this wonderful store.

I have ordered a couple of gorgeous babygrows from here now and was really impressed with the quality of them. The material is lovely and soft and still good as new even after plenty of washes! The sizing was great for my little one and there are lots of lovely designs and patterns to choose from. They arrived packaged up beautifully and very quick delivery too!

We purchased the Dino zippy up babygrow. It is our new favourite! It's so soft, and the pattern is lovely and bright even after 10 washes! I love having the zip as it's so much easier for nappy changes! Thank you cubwear for an amazing babygrow! We can't wait to purchase our next one!

I waited almost a year before writing this review. I wanted to see if the owner would have the decency to email me in plenty of time to remedy or fix the situation I was left in last year. Last Christmas ,I had tried to order family Christmas pjs, but they were not in stock. Strange, but nice I received an email from the owner telling me that he would open up the sizes on the website for me to order, and would have them in time for Christmas. I am all about supporting small businesses, so I agreed. I was told I’d wait 2 weeks for these matching PJS. After the 2 weeks had passed I emailed asking where the pjs were, as the hadn’t yet been dispatched, he told me they’d be shipped in the next week. I emailed the owner every single week, giving him ample opportunity to let me know if my order was not going to be fulfilled. But, every week he reassured me that my order would reach me in time for Christmas. Well, the email the week before Christmas to tell me that my order wasn’t actually going to get out to me came. I was so upset as it was the first year me and my family were giving the whole matching pjs thing a shot. I gave the owner of this company plenty of opportunities to tell me that my order might not come, but he carried on tell me it would. Now, I understand things happen, however, I was told I would receive some sort of compensation for next Christmas, as he really did let us down. A nice touch would have been to have remembered me and maybe have sent an email in plenty of time. I guess it just doesn’t mean that much to them after all.
