We had an issue with leaky concrete rain water gutters. Empire UPVC and Roofing Specialists team were very professional from quoting to completion of works.
I dealt with Chris and he advised me of what needed to be done to fix leaky gutters and answered all my questions related to it.
I'm very satisfied that works been done in very timely manner and in top quality.
I will be definitely using them again in the future.

Fantastic work from Chris and his team. The leadwork on our parapet was complex with a detailed architect design. The team work efficiently and completed the work on time, despite the weather. Our surveyor said it was some of the best leadwork he had ever seen. From start to finish the whole team were brilliant. Can thoroughly recommend this company.

I had Chris come and have a look at my failing chimney. He was very professional and suggested repointing and repairs. Work was carried out within days of request. Staff turned up on time and left the property in a tidy condition. I have used Empire before and if needed will use again. Recomended.

Empire have just replaced the worn soffits, guttering and cladding boards on the front of our house. They did an excellent job. It looks very smart. A couple of months ago they had also replaced our felt roof, so that it now has a 20-year guarantee and is fully insulated. We're very happy with the work they have done.

As always fantastic work by Chris' team. He came round and checked out the issue and got a quote back the same day to do the work at the weekend. Work was done very quickly and they always leave the work site clean.

I live in a block of twelve flats, situated above shops. The roof was badly in need of repair and (although I’m not the freeholder), it ended up falling to me to organise the repairs.
I found Empire Roofing because I went looking for firms with good reviews.
I had a long chat with Chris, the company director, who helped me find the best (and cheapest) way to proceed.
The whole Empire team were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were Patient when I had issues to deal with at my end. Most importantly, they were very professional in every aspect of the work and did a superb job!
(They even did some additional work works that hadn’t been quoted for at no extra cost, as a good will gesture).

I needed the roof tiles on my extension roof replacing as they were originally incorrect type and therefore caused a leak. I am very happy with the work that Chris and the team at Empire carried out. The two roofers who came and did the work represent Empire very well. Very professional.

Honestly one the best companies I have used. From Chris coming to carry out the survey and quote, the lady I spoke to on the phone in the main office, to the guys who came to carry out the work on the day, everyone was polite, knowledgeable, straightforward and a pleasure to talk to. They knew what to do about my roof, did exactly what they said for a great price and tidied up after themselves so well that you wouldn’t have known they'd been there, unless you count the fact that the roof doesn’t leak anymore obviously!
