After reading so many very good reviews about Wayne, we booked him on two occasions, firstly to repair a tap leak & toilet leak, then again to replace a radiator. Superb and efficient both times and all problems thoroughly resolved. Wayne is very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Excellent value for money. His attention to detail and leaving the areas clean & tidy are second to none. Would have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends (have already done so!) and will definitely be the go-to person whenever we now have plumbing issues. Thank you Wayne. Wayne is absolutely fantastic, can't rate him enough. We've had him 3 times in total. Toilet installation, pipe leak and now to replace our bedroom rad. From first contact speaking to his lovely wife to him coming out to give a quote is fast, friendly and reliable. With our leak he was straight to us even though it was after hours. Didn't charge us the earth either. He's chatty friendly and is happy to give advice on anything you may be looking at getting done. We will be getting him back no problem. I found Wayne on the "ThreeBestRated" website. I phoned them at 8am as my bathroom tap would not turn off, and i also had several other small plumbing jobs that needed doing (replacement of two outside taps and pipe that burst last winter, new mixer tap in kitchen, and replacing isolation valve with 90 degree switch to let me easily switch off water to the outside taps in garden in the winter). His wife set up an appointment for me in the afternoon, and he came and did all the jobs this afternoon to a good standard and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him to people seeking someone reliable, courteous and professional.

0900hrs our toilet cistern failed and I thought "I can do this!" BUT I was soon on the phone for an emergency plumber. Wayne's wife answered the phone and Wayne was on site at midday. It transpired that all the Cistern fittings, Bolts, washers, pipes and in line isolating valve had to be replaced...Fixing bolts inside the cistern were so corroded he needed an angle grinder to cut them!! I am so glad I left it to a professional. Wayne made the job look so easy, everything is working fine now. An absolute gent and very skilled, definitely recommend and will use his services again if needed.

Very pleased with the work that Wayne has done for us today by repairing 2 of our toilets. He is a very pleasant person, and a very experienced plumber. He was promptly on time and did a great job at our house regarding the toilet repairs. Fantastic and swift service from Wayne. Looked for a local plumber online and saw that W L Plumbing had very good reviews. I had an overflow pipe which was dripping intermittently. Called Wayne late afternoon and he called around first thing the following morning to fix it and just got on with the job, which he completed swiftly without any fuss. The cost was very reasonable too. Not surprised now with his good reviews as I highly recommend him as well; he was very personable too, which was a bonus.

Wayne turned up on time, his prices are fair and he made several suggestions which I did not consider which improved the overall aesthetics of the replacement radiators. He even went out and bought new rads for me as I had bought the wrong size!

Why are Caerphilly Plumbers un-reliable? I have tried to contact many, but they either don’t answer their messages, or when they make an appointment they fail to show up.

UNTIL we found Wayne, he made an appointment and arrived ahead of time. Wayne is a very conscience worker, and he did an excellent job, correcting previously bodged work by others.

Wayne is an expert plumber and a friendly person, which is a great combination. He is very knowledgable and he gets the work done efficiently without any fuss or drama, and his prices are reasonable too. I would recommend him very highly for any plumbing work that you need to have done. We will definitely be using him whenever required in the future.

Its Sunday we got a leak and due to this we got no heating....rang we plumbing spoke to a lo lady who said as soon as he gets in she will get him to ring us. He rang within an hour and was here within 2. What a genuine guy. We have a quirky house which throws up some kurb balls so a job Wayne thought take and hour turned into 2. No extra cost to us. The job was completed amazingly well and he stayed until he knew heating was back on and the pipe was fine. I highly recommend Wayne, genuine friendly and is doing more jobs around our home soon.

I called Wayne following a leak I had which was dripping through the ceiling - he arrived very quickly and used a high-tech heat detection camera to identify the source of the leak straight away. He removed tiles and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. Wayne is a very nice chap and by far the most efficient plumber I have ever seen.

You couldn’t expect better service. Wayne came the morning after I rang his number I got from a website listing the best 3 plumbers in Caerphilly. Professional and friendly, he fixed my leaking tap and the waste trap under my sink for a good price. He gave useful advice too for preventing future problems with my kitchen plumbing. I’d be more than happy to call on his services again 😊 .

Wayne has been brilliant at my mothers house repairing a number of leaks and changing a tap. Job took longer than he thought but stayed until 7:30pm to make sure all was completed. Excellent service.

Phoned WL Plumbing and he arrived within 30 minutes for a quote to replace a kitchen sink and taps with some pipe work, quoted for the job with a very competitive price and did the work there and then. Offered some great advice to improve the washing machine outlet pipe which I will not be hesitating to get done. Meticalous attention to detail and a great tradesman. Would not hesitate to recommend and will be getting further work done.
