Went to Cefn Forest Post Office today against my better judgement. For the second time this awful, rude, ignorant man behind the counter tried to say my parcel was incorrect and refused to take it, telling me to open the amazon box and wrap the items separately and get two QR codes when they came together in the same box, and amazon only sent me one code as it was one parcel not two. This man really needs to be sacked from there as he really doesn't have a clue and so arrogant and rude. Went to a different Post Office and no problems parcel returned. Never mind re-training him just get him replaced. RUDE

Went there on a Tuesday and it was closed. Guy was pretty rude when I tried opening the door. Go elsewhere the attitude stinks

Worst ever Post Office! Says open til 3pm on Website i went at 2.30 and it was closed! Evrrytime i go there it's closed! Pointless having a Post office in a village that's never open! I wont waste my time going there again! Easier to go Blackwood!

Awful service awful man working there will never use this post office again every time I go there I am met with a challenge that I never encounter when going to other post offices for example not being able to use contactless as a payment method it’s ridiculous post office please get a new agent

What is the point of having your hours on Google and closing earlier than those times. Ridiculous

Poor service, the man is not capable to write the correct address address, my letters and parcels always come back to me. I will never come to this post office. 👎
