Alex at Quality Suites was great. The company reupholstered a chair for us. Not a simple job and done very professionally. From start to finish Alex was responsive, constructive and reliable. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Alex is amazing, had fitted wardrobes done by his team and we couldn't be happier. They look amazing. Also had a chaise longe re-upholstered, which is incredible. Alex is very knowledgeable and just waiting for the other rooms in our house to be finished before ordering more bespoke furniture!

We had a sofa (that we had originally bought from Quality Lounge Suites almost 20 years ago) reupholstered together with six chairs. The whole process from selecting fabrics to getting the job done & returning the items was an excellent personal service managed by Alex! Highly recommended!

First time I have used this company. After checking out all the sofa shops in our area we found what we wanted here. We bought 2 sofas, they are superior to anything we saw elsewhere, amazing quality and excellent service. The delivery men were outstanding, they were so happy and took so much pride in ensuring the sofas reached our sitting room safely. Being respectful of our home as well. Thanks for excellent service and beautifully finished product. I had my chairs re-covered, they were swiftly collected and returned within 10 days. They were individually wrapped carefully in plastic and I loved them when I opened them. THey look brand new.

We had an electric reclining sofa that needed stuffing as the seating area had sagged badly. Someone on the Stanmore website had recomended Quality Suites so we went for them. The two lads who picked up the sofa were amazing how they went about lifting and manoeuvring it out of the door. As you can imagine it was very heavy. The returned settee fully stuffed was as it was when it was first new. Thank you Quality Suites for an amazing job

we have used quality suites before and it was time to revamp our old suite and they have done a great job and it will last another 15 years or so.
these people are the last of the proper showrooms where they actually design their own furniture among other standard suites that are in fashion at the time, they are also able to take on bespoke and one off jobs like we had done, so why not pop in there and have a look and give them a go. they are awesome.

The customer service from the team has been fantastic through the whole process and we couldn’t be happier. They have gone out of their way to make sure we get the product we need (we have commissioned bespoke sofas ottomans and chairs). The products are also great and I can’t wait till they are delivered

Bought a unique sofa for 'cinema room' and a console table from here. Very happy with products and service. Better service than a couple of other interior design studios we have used in the area.
