Brilliant atmosphere really friendly barman (John?), great food with generous portions.
Dog friendly, we sat inside with our cocker curled up under the table while we ate. Theres a pile of water bowls by the front door and pub benches out the from to sit outside with pooch.
Two pool tables at one end of the pub and looks like it’s set up to put some entertainment on with a stage area at the other end. Great location close to the beach and just off the Wales coast path.

Only had drinks but we were impressed with the friendliness of the owners Daughter. Our little Pug loved it too. Well worth a visit with your furry friends 😊👍

Lively no nonsense pub near the beach. No cask on but plenty of your standard at reasonable prices. Shows the sports and has regular entertainment on weekends. Frequented by holiday makers: Does food and dog friendly. Large car park. I didn’t enquire but I’d be surprised if they didn’t allow van stop overs as they have the space. Friendly and fun. Has a family room and pool.

Felt right at home here, bar staff Tracey and Louise were so welcoming. Felt I'd known them years. My sausage dog was welcome too, and my youngest loved the play area in the back garden. Great suntrap for a nice beer. Also tried the Sunday lunch. So tasty and great price.

I visited this establishment for an alcoholic beverage.
The staff were second to none, made to feel welcome as im not a resident from the area.
If in town again would deffo visit this pub again.

What a real joy to sit in this lovely bar on a roasting hot day. Cold drinks and a warm welcome. First time I have dropped in here, but it won't be the last. Far too hot to sit in the gorgeous beer garden to the rear which has play equipment for children, there is also a family area.

Love the bar maid she is just ace. Always friendly welcome can get involved and have a laugh with locals or enjoy a quiet pint watching the tele or playing pool. Great for dog walkers. Food not always on but worth a go when it is

Awesome pub in Talacre. Spent two evenings in there. The first night, there was a Halloween party on and the second, there was karaoke. Very welcoming by staff and customers alike. Met some great people in there and would highly recommend to all, if you are after a good time.
Lou (I think) who has worked in there a number of years, is a great bar lady and made me feel very welcome.
Thank you to all.
