Fantastic place. Our band played here. Friendly people, would recommend!

Beautiful people as customers and beautiful food. No juke box and if you request a song behind bar with staff it never gets played maybe a jukebox would be good. Just my opinion

I held my mum's 90th birthday gathering here today and the team could not have been more accommodating. The food was lovely, everyone enjoyed it. And the staff were fantastic. Thank you very much.

Ye this place was great it's just been renovated by the brewery and looks really good can't give a rating for food because it was a funeral and we bought our own food bit I think it was around £4.00 for three halves of lager I think that was ok the car park is not massive so parking could be a problem parking on side streets are also not so recommended so watch you keave early to get a space well worth a visit for sure

Went for a Sunday lunch, and the pub was very quiet.
Really don't understand why though, because the food was absolutely delicious, and the lady who looked after us was very friendly.
We'll definitely be going back on another occasion for another meal.

Excellent value food very tasty my wife did not like the red wine replaced no argument met some loverly people but I'm a gear boy and the Inn was my local many years ago.

Lovely venue with a great selection of beverages.. Didn't have food on my visit so I can't comment personally on it. but the word of mouth is that or is very very good

Food was on pair the best around newport had the lasagna and fish and chips 5* and cooked to perfection well rated, excellent customer service and atmosphere

I was here attending a funeral wake. The place was spotless, food all laud out beautifully and friendly greetings from staff. Another guests mentioned how lovely tge meals were also. I look forward to visiting again

Great local pub, have been here several times now. The food is good and very reasonably priced, I recommend the mac n cheese. New owners have been working hard to develop a family friendly atmosphere.

Worth noting that the garden has excellent disabled access. No hotel facilities at present.

Visited recently and am impressed with how it's changed over the years. Good atmosphere, friendly staff we felt very welcome.
Will definitely be visiting again.

Great as always. Eve and Martyn are doing a fab job. Keeping the place going under all the guidelines. Get behind them and support our local pub. Its a lovely family pub, with a lovely little park and great food
