Staff are very welcoming and polite and super helpful. We went into store to buy my son shoes the young gentleman who served us was extremely helpful and we ending up buying the perfect fit of trainers for my son.

In this shop you are spoil for choices for children's and have to say that today the 06.11.21 ,had an amazing experience with one of the staff called Linda,she was so patience and understanding ,while we were trying so many pairs and no one fits but Linda went way and beyond trying to help us and eventually we have found a pair to match.
I was nearly given up but bless her-Linda was amazingly patiently,calm and help us find the right pair of shoes that son loves it.
10 out of 10 for your sale skills and patience,understanding your customer,which in this case was a fussy one ;))
Should be Employee of the Month and other colleagues should follow your example.

The stores just had a new refit.. Looks ace. Great new stock to choose from with good prices and helpful staff... Love the spinning / floating trainers in the shopfront!

Just bought a pair of nike shoes with the help of Umz I believe his name is? (says that as name of cashier on the receipt) He was lovely to speak to, really helpful and friendly and made it quick to decide on the shoes so just writing a review to show some appreciation!

Had the most lovely experience buying shoes for my 3 yr old here. Immanuela was our sales assistant and she was so playful and attentive from the beginning. Nothing tops her racing my daughter to the door and back for the “ultimate test for fit and comfort”. My daughter felt very special and I will definitely be returning.

I want to pay a very big compliment to a member of staff here; her name is Diana. She was so helpful and kind and went out of her way to help us find the shoe for two sons. Not only was she extremely helpful but her attitude was kind and she was an absolute gem. I hope this message can be passed on to her managers so they can see what an asset she is to Schuh Kids if they don't already know. Impeccable customer service!

LIV was absolutely fantastic. She was so patient and kind. My daughter has the strangest feet and we had been all over trying shoes on. LIV was so understanding and took the time to listen. She made my daughter feel so comfortable in the stressful time it had become. Although we didnt get to purchase shoes due to sizes not in stock, she gave advice and was honest. It did not feel like she was trying to make a sale. She just genuinely cared which doesn't happen often.

Excellent service by Chante and Umar. Was super quick to help with measuring and finding the correct shoe size for my daughter. Went out of her way to give us a few good tips. Highly recommend this store and the staff mentioned above.

What a amazing store!!!! Both of the Schuh stores in Westfield have attentive, helpful, polite staff. I will definitely shop there again. They made school shoe shopping a enjoyable easy experience for my Son. I hope the area manager's reward their hardworking staff as they really so deserve it!

Really surprised how good the customers services are there.
Bought a pair of trainers for my daughter a few months ago and the zip broke.
Took them back and they exchanged them with no hassle or fuss.
Would definitely shop there again for all my kids shoes.

I have just left Schuh kids in Stratford, although I did not find what I was looking for, I was extremely happy with the service, especially from Jess.... she saw my daughter was upset due to not fitting into Lellie Kelly shoes, and was very comforting, and even helped her put her trainers back on and done her laces!

A massive thanks to all the staff that work in both stores in westfield Stratford always helpful, A special special thanks to Emily and along side with her colleague i cant remember her name am sorry :-( They both went above and beyond for me and my sister, regardless of the store being so so busy because its back to school season they still managed to do everything & more. Very friendly, polite & bubbly, such a hardworking young girls. I really appreciate you both xxx
