Great selection of camping, skiing, equestrian and hiking gear. We've never not found what we need for our tenting holidays or our walking hobby. Great prices too if you're a member (which anyone can join for £5)

We went on Friday the 2nd to have a look at camp beds, we were served by SIMON, who was so good. He opened items so we cud see wot we're the best for our needs. He was informative, helpful and nothing was 2 much trouble, we came out £80 lighter but with exactly wot we needed.. He went above and beyond 👏 Do not lose this man at any cost. 5⭐ service....

Came away blown away by how nice & helpful the staff were. I took a pair of fabric walking boots back. Management & staff were so helpful advising re exchanging for a better (leather) boot and after-care. So rare to find that kind of customer service these days.
Loads of parking & long opening hours.

Went to the naylors in here the other day, great selection(which I didn't allow myself to look at, because i was on a budget) however I managed to get 2 sacks of horse feed and a fleece (with discount admittedly) for £50... can't say that often nowadays ! friendly staff too. worth the drive

Big store and car park. Plenty of different products to choose from. Some things are cheaper online, so if you find an item cheaper online and the company is VAT registered, then go outdoors will beat that price by 10%.

Very well stocked and plenty of bargains. Outdoor tent area has been reinstated. Everything that you need for camping or hiking and reasonably priced. D of E participants get a 15 per cent discount so worth looking for stuff. Has now got click and collect.

Since Go outdoors has had new management, this store has a great choice of clothing, including horse riding, cycling, walking, hiking, fishing, camping and a lot more. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely brilliant!! Got an email offering half price leather boots. Went to Saltney, Chester to check it out. The boots were fantastic and I promptly bought them. I was served by Jo in footwear and she was outstanding. Patient, knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and humorous - even though she was rushed off her feet. Nothing was too much trouble and I ended up buying a pair of leather walking boots too! Jo gave me the best footwear advice I've had in over 50 years and I even invested in a GO card. I was altogether delighted with my shopping experience and with my purchases and I can't recommend the store highly enough. They even price match. It feels so good to be so very well taken care of. Thank you all and I will definitely be going back again soon.

Get pretty much anything you need for camping not always the cheapest but affordable

What an amazing go outdoors shop what a wonderful section of products not just one or to,of s series they had the whole thing!

And they also had a shop inside just dedicated to horses riding and equestrian equipment Wow

purchased some Merrell walking boots last October and unfortunately one of the lace eyelets broke, went to store this morning and the lady in the show department apologised and replaced them with no fuss at all.. brilliant service thank you

Great shopping experience at this store. Staff helpful and polite, apart from one dark haired lady, quite rude on several occasions now., but there is always one! The manager, Simon I think was really good with us when we had an issue. We have bought quite a lot here and never experienced any problems with returning etc. Love having a look around this store
