Peel House Medical Practice

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. But my experience has been good, been able to book an appointment within a 24 hour window.

I don't know why other people have reviewed saying they can't get an appointment I always seem to get one. The team there are really good and provide really good care. I've heard lots of horror stories about other doctors but I can honestly say I've never had a problem.

Moved to this doctors less than a week ago and they’ve already done more for me than my old doctors. I haven’t had a problem getting an appointment and Dr Jane Eccles was amazing with me. I highly recommend this doctors :)

I have been attending Peel House for nearly 30 years and have seen many different doctors there. The vast majority have been very kind, professional and helpful. Would recommend.

I am a bit surprised at a few of the negative comments that have been posted, yes the booking of an appointment can be a bit traumatic but saying that I have found the doctors very good when you see them. I have nothing but praise for them and the follow ups that I have had through the NHS have kept me alive and that can't be bad!

I had my first appointment today after registering with this practice.

I was booked in to see Dr. Wallworth, who was fantastic, very welcoming, listened to the reasons I went and very supportive / receptive to my concerns.

Really just wanted to say thank you for putting a brand new patient at ease and made to feel very welcome :)

Brilliant service! Have been seen quickly, treated with dignity and kindness. I've managed to get an appointment every time I've called and the staff are very helpful. You all do a fantastic job 💕

People seem to forget the service is free of charge. They've come to expect perfect service on a silver platter. How about y'all grow the hell up and appreciate what we have. If it turns out like America most of us would already be dead. So grow the f..... up and have some respect and appreciation for the FREE NHS

Couldn't have wished for better service today rang very anxious spoke to a lovely lady who got me a triage, I was then squeezed in and saw Dr Abijo Kazeem who treated me with kindness and sympathy and put my mind at rest very pleased with the whole experience ,thank you to all.

Terrible service, phone line busy repeat and unaccessiable. Time to change different GP

p.s up to date... thing have massively improving, i am happy with theirs service. was 2 out of 5 star and now i increasing 5 out of 5..
no bias here.

Brilliant service - very slick. You can book appointments and repeat perscriptions online. My Dr is brilliant - she remembered personal stuff about me - which I've never had before.

Excellent service, got appointment same day I telephoned and hospital referral the day after, NHS is amazing

Caring doctors and nurses with many years experience doing there best for us all but is a busy practice and appointment system is difficult.

I'm very happy because it close by to my house
