The unit is absolutely spotless. Simple sign up and very easy to navigate through the process,Complementary bottles of water and sweets which was a very nice touch as my children were impressed. Outstanding service.

The unit was easy to arrange and we quickly had access and stored our furniture safely for the kitchen refit to take place.
The unit feels safe and we have peace of mind our belongings are protected whilst we are busy doing the refit.
The website is easy to use and the gentleman who replied to my queries was very helpful.

No fuss service. All booking & usage steps were very easy to follow plus the pricing is transparent.
The inside of my storage unit was exceptionally clean & fit for purpose.

Needed storage quickly. The site was very easy to use. We paid for the unit, and within 10 minutes we had all codes required to access it. Uploaded photographic ID, and put the registration numbers of the vehicles that will be going there.
The container is very clean and secure.

Simple and easy to navigate the website.
Was set up almost instantly with details of access.

My only criticism which is barely anything was that some units are not in number order, which took us a little longer to find the unit; but as I said that is my only criticism.

When we opened the unit we had a thank you card and a little packet of sweets which was thoughtful, it was clean and smelt amazing.
In fact we are 4 weeks in and the unit still smells fantastic.

Would definitely recommend!

The website is very clear and signing up on your mobile to get your key makes it so much easier with no hassle. The little welcome inside the unit fro the site manager is a nice touch.

Loved how easy this was to setup and arrange. Everything given to you on mobile and add as many registration plates on as needs which all help when moving. Price is great for the space too.

Fantastic experience. From ease of Website to mere minutes to get the codes for the gate, and the unit meaning we could start moving immediately, which is what we needed. Also.... . Loved the little gifts of water and sweets - fantastic personal touch! :)

I have been impressed at the simplicity of booking and sorting storage with Pink Storage. The website was easy to use and the storage facilities are excellent. Nice little welcome gifts inside the container upon arrival was a good gesture.

Smelt amazing when I opened the unit, was spacious and clean.. they also left two bottles of water and a little tub of sweets which I thought was a very nice touch. Would have no hesitation in using them again!
