I am unfortunately not local enough to shop in store however shopping online was amazing, products are amazing priced, wouldn't be able to find the IVGs cheaper anywhere else, and 5 minutes after I had put my order in I had a phone call from a lovely gentleman about one of the vapes I had ordered being out of stock, kindly took time to help me chose another which I love and was the friendliest customer service ever, I refuse to go anywhere else online from now on if I could rate 10 stars I would 💗

Being someone in his 40's and who thought customer service was dead what a refreshing change to find exceptional customer service at Vape Connect. There is one reason and one reason alone I spend my money in this vape shop rather that any one of the other 1000 in Preston is the amazing service I always receive from Darius. What a credit to the employer. Keep hold of him is my advice. Keep it up, Great work.

Very friendly service from Antonio and all the other staff , has a wide variety of stock and their shops interior is absolutely stunning. Genuinely nice people who care about service and providing you with what you came for and making sure you have an enjoyable experience whilst there! 10/10 fully recommend.

Never been to a shop where the staff (Darius) have such a vast knowledge of the devices and the flavours.

These guys really do know what they're talking about. From flavour recommendations to kit selection. They really talked me through everything step by step. You can clearly see the staff (I think his name was Darius) has a genuine love and passion for vaping. 10/10

The best in Preston by far! I’ve been coming here for a good while now and the service has always been fantastic. Darius in particular has always been very knowledgeable about the products he sells and his recommendations for various liquids have always been spot on, I’ve not once left disappointed. Vape Connect Preston is the only place my husband and I will go for our vaping products. The service is first class, friendly, professional and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. In particular, Darius, is very welcoming and always happy to help. If you haven't visited them yet, you really should. The have a huge range of products. 5*

One of my favourite places to buy liquids from. The workers there know their stuff and are really friendly. Got served by antonio last time and he knew what flavours are the most popular and he recommended me very good flavours :)

My wife and I 'consulted' with Darius. A very knowledgeable young man who helped sort a vaping problem I had with throat dryness. His attention to detail and knowledge of the products he sells is second to none. Would certainly recommend a visit.

I walked into vape connect confused on what liquid and device I wanted to purchase, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the employee named Antonio.
Antonio helped and talked me through his favourite devices and liquids and gave me a wide range of products to purchase, after choosing which device and liquids I wanted Antonio went a step further and primed my coil (something I always mess up on)
Loved the service and the positive energy in the store, definitely will be returning.

Lad with glasses was proper helpful, think his name was Darius. Super friendly and very knowledgable i would love to be served by someone like him everywhere makes my day so much better!

Amazing service think the chaps were called yusuf and darius if i remember correctly. I went to have a look at the different brands they stock and i was shocked by the amount of different brands they have. The knowledge them two lads have is amazing really do know what they're on about. 5 stars from me couldn't find anything to complain about.

There are so many Vape shops in Preston, but these guys really take care of you. Product range and knowledge are fantastic, pricing is extremely fair, and juice selection is crazy.

Adam at vape Connect was very helpful. He helped me pick some new liquids and helped me decide which device to get. Overall, great service and I'm looking forward to my next visit 👍
