I fell sorry for people who had a bad experience using the shop. I’m happy with the service. I got a used book and it was delivered in 3 working days in a good condition and well packed. I’ll buy from them again.

I didn’t receive the book I ordered so contacted the bookshop. It was an issue with the courier so not their fault and they dealt with me promptly offering a replacement or refund.

Found the book I wanted for a great price from Monster Bookshop. As described, the book was in excellent condition. I remember it taking over a week to arrive but I suspect that was due to the postal strikes. Very happy with my purchase.

Ordered 'Penguin Lost' a funny-serious book by a Ukrainian author and about his country. This was at the start off the Russian invasion. Delivery was prompt, condition excellent, price reasonable and service excellent. What more can you hope for?

Catching up on the Kate Ellis Wesley Peterson novels, I bought The Funeral Boat, which was published some years ago. The copy supplied by Monster Books was in excellent condition and arrived very shortly after the order was placed. I was really happy with the service.

I ordered the next two of a series of books that I have been reading recently - The Brother Athelstan Mysteries by Paul Doherty. I was delighted that I could buy two books together at a very reasonable price. They arrived quickly and in pristine condition. I have almost finished the second one, so I will be going back to the Monster Book Shop for my next order.

I became familiar with Monster Bookshop after I ordered a handful of books through Abe Books, where Monster Bookshop was one of the sellers. The book I ordered from Monster Bookshop was the first one to arrive out of all the sellers, it was packaged nicely and was in excelleent shape (I ordered a used book) especially for the price I paid. I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

Ordered second hand book on eBay tracking stated to arrive on Monday 7th Nov but it arrived today Saturday 5th, Nov, 2022 Brilliant and the book in very good condition too very pleased. Would definitely order from Monster again.

I bought a book and tried to return it all went well, they sent a prepaid label that you have to print. Although it would have been easier with a qr code that the P.O. can just scan. Not everyone has the facility to print. However I got a full refund no bother.

Ordered 3 books to complete a fiction series. Books are as described. UK Delivery in a few days. Will keep an eye open for other titles and order again. Would recommend the site to source books at a low delivered cost.
