The staff at Asda Superstore Thurmaston are extremely helpful and polite. We have been going to this store for nearly 15 years and we have never been disappointed. The prices have always been at a cheap price and have been at a 5 Star Quality. Food, Clothes and Home items are outstanding with price and quality.

I do enjoy a good Asda shop every now and then. This particular Asda has a Cinnabon kiosk near the entrance

Great clothes the jeans always fit me which I don't get any where else. Food has gone up like everywhere but you can sign up and get money back. Save for Christmas or on a week when your a bit short.,

Fantastic supermarket! They Always have in stock the items we want. And 5* to the purchasing department for having the knowledge/experience of stocking items customers want. Bravo 👏🏾

I do love Asda. Always has everything that I need. However it's hard to stay on track and not get lost in the shop as you're trailing off for some treats for yourself. The Asda clothing range is good quality and pricing, making it easily affordable for people who do struggle for money a little bit. You can buy multipacks of clothes for children which does make it far easier.

Always enjoy shopping here every Sunday. Helpful staff and back to till service.

Tried the click and collect service for the first time. Ordering was really easy. The items that they needed to substitute only 3 items were really well selected. On collection it was easy to use the screen display and the instructions were clear. Well done Thurmaston store for making it an easy shop. Thank you 🙏

Great store. Massive with cinanbon & Costa.

Plenty of shopping trolleys and parking spaces. I have visited this store many times - most of the times I find what I have on my lift so no complaints. The staffs not always helping hand with customers as they will point aisle name.

Large supermarket selling a wide range of products with plenty of parking & its own petrol station. Although I don't shop here regularly I do pop in if I'm passing this side of Leicester or @ Thurmaston shopping centre.

Had a good visit, quickly got everything I needed, it was cheaper than Tesco. I didn't have to queue, I didn't have to buy multiples of anything or get ripped off on the price. The lady on the self scan was happy and friendly.

Hi we had a emergency with the car, and all our mobiles went flat after a day out. The lady behind the kiosk was so helpful and the security guide and the mangers who let me use the phone on numerous occasions very grateful to the Thurmaston staff. Regards The Grice family

Use this place a lot and have found that the staff are friendly and happy to help. Use to use a well known chemist (no names mentioned) and found that Asda chemist is far better. I even got a call when my prescription came in. So over all well worth using this store.

A good selection of fresh food, sensible pricing and self-serve checkouts mean you don't often have to queue. Some of the customers can be trying.

This ASDAis a large superstore and what is noticeable are the wide spaces between aisles it is so spacious and after a while you realise that surely the store has optimised or reduced it's stock as with many other top supermarkets such as the like of TESCO, Thanks that made these supermarkets name has been so reduced now I cannot see a great deal of difference between ALDI/LIDL, The very reason we shopped at these big names has diminished, yes their range is still OK but not as it was. It also appears that the only the top store win as cheapest supermarkets is by brand names which dismisses the likes of the two German owned stores who are gaining ground every year.
This Thurmaston ASDA store will always be popular but I would say that these Super Store will have let out more space it no longer needs to other businesses such Timsons, chemists etc etc. The Thurnaston ASDA already has a paint mixing shop, Dulux I think, so smart thinking ASDA in a time where so many people cannot afford to shop at Asda even!

I visited Asda this morning to do my weekly shop. I use to shop at Tesco in Beaumont Leys Leicester. The prices at Asda are much more affordable, this as saved me lots on every day essentials items, like grapes that are £1 and £2 in other supermarkets. I had purchased 4 times Little Tree car air fresheners again priced at £1 everywhere else at least £1.50.

I scanned the item and placed in the bagging area but was not recognised a bit confused but luckily a member of Asda staff saw me struggling and helped me scan the four car air fresheners. The issue was they were to light in weight to be weighed by bagging till. She helped until all four were scanned.

I asked her name she said it was Pretty Makwanda, could have the spelling wrong, please forgive. Pretty was very helpful and just like to say I appreciate your help this morning Pretty, making my trip to Asda and enjoyable experience. Good to know customer service is excellent accompanied together with best prices and free trolleys since at Tesco I could never find a pound since everything is contact less no one carries cash. Thank you very much Asda n Pretty an absolute star and credit to Asda, God bless n keep everyone safe there.
