Absolutely fabulous b&b. Beautiful accommodation and a delicious breakfast. Particularly liked that we had our own access. We did miss the sign, it is literally on the corner!

Amazing bed and breakfast. Comfortable, spacious rooms with excellent shower in ensuite. Hosts very welcoming and did everything they could to make us comfortable. Delicious choice of breakfast. Great views. 5 star bed and breakfast.

We stayed here for a night to go to party at the Railway Arms. The room was lovely and the host very welcoming. One of the benefits was having an external door to the room and not feeling as if we were disturbing anyone when we came back late. Bathroom was compact but shower was good. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of choice. Will definitely stay again on our next visit. Thank you ☺.

Stayed for a couple of nights while attending a wedding locally. It was mum, dad two teenage girls plus grandparents in the three rooms. Absolutely brilliant place. Great rooms. Great location in Kibworth. Wonderful views & local walks. Jay & David were really nice people to stay with & look after us all. Super clean place with everything that you needed & more. Cake on arrival. Fluffy dressing gowns. The lot. We wanted to send the family home & stay for the week. We would have no hesitation in booking to return. Also gave us lots of useful information ahead of our trip for local taxis & food places. If in doubt just book it. You will not be disappointed….unless it’s already booked!

Super stay. We had the largest room (3) and it provided lots of space. The ensuite was compact; but entirely adequate. The choice for breakfast was superb and beautifully cooked. Everything was spotlessly clean and breakfast was provided in a large room with large, glass double doors looking out on to a lovely open view of fields. Our hostess, Jay, was very welcoming and took time to give us lots of local information and literature on the local area. We had dinner in one (Coach and Horses) of the recommended local pubs which was a ten minute walk away. Simple but good food on "steak night".

This is a lovely B & B to stay at. Jay and her husband are fantastic hosts. Bedrooms are clean and tidy with everything needed and more, (including Homemade buiscuits.) Breakfast was wonderful with a good choise in a great dining room overlooking the fields. Would highly recommend this B & B.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at the Carlton Corner B&B back in September 2021. On the afternoon we got there, I had been bitten by an insect enroute and didn’t feel 100%. However, on arrival we had the warmest welcome from Jay who kindly settled us in. Our room was perfect. Jay let us park our ‘beloved’ motorbike right outside our room so it made my hubby happy. The room is of the highest quality with high end fixtures and fittings, beautiful bedding and soft fluffy towels. The bed was really comfortable and after a very pleasant evening, at the local Italian recommended by our hosts, we had a perfect nights sleep. The breakfast was expertly cooked by lovely Jay with a wide variety of choice. Lovely place to stay with nice pubs and great for eating out on the doorstep. Our only regret was we could only stay one night as we were doing a round Britain rally. We will definitely return to this very pleasant B&B if we are in the area. We received a friendly and relaxed welcome at Carlton Corner and slept very soundly in a comfy, clean, well-appointed room with its own private entrance/exit to the little car park. Breakfast included Jay's own homemade granola and excellent bacon and sausage from a local producer - it's great for local businesses to support and promote each other. We even had some little Christmas goodies left for us by the tea tray - delightful! We'd definitely return for this great hospitality and recommend it warmly. There's above-average pub food to be had as well at the Coach & Horses, just a short walk away.

A great place to stay, the room was excellent - looking out at sheep grazing in the fields - not a sound at night for a good nights sleep - warm on a cold winter night and a choice of hot drinks on the side table.
Enjoy breakfast in the large dining area, chatting with Jay while she prepares what you've ordered and you must try her home made marmalade so much better than shop bought.

Whatever your reason for being in Kibworth Harcourt, the Carlton Corner is the place to stay.

We just had a wonderful 1 night stay at Carlton Corner while visiting family in Kibworth. It was our first time staying and we have been looking for somewhere in the area for a while and wow, what a find! Jay and her husband made us feel so welcome, the rooms are spotless and stylish and the breakfast was yummy! It is brilliant having a patio door so we could come and go easily without going through the house. Thank you and we will be back soon!

A Great Two Night Stay

Everything, clearly showed that lots of thought, care and effort goes into the Carlton Corner Bed and Breakfast. All aspects of our stay were of a high standard and for the room rate paid represented excellent value. This B&B is set in a pleasant location with a choice of pubs and restaurants close by. The room was lovely, beautifully fitted out and immaculately kept/serviced. The breakfast was fantastic, as was the variety on the breakfast menu.

The hospitality was simply at a top level, for us a perfect balance of being kind/welcoming/friendly and helpful, yet also managing to give us our own space. We felt there was a real genuine interest and pride taken in ensuring your stay is the best it could possibly be.

To summarise, very happy, would recommend and we look forward to staying again in the future.

This wonderful place is like a home from home. Jay and David made us very welcome, so friendly. Breakfasts were delicious, and so much choice. The location at the edge of the village is just so peaceful, within easy walking distance to the lovely Kibworth Beauchamp. Also a fantastic Italian restaurant Boboli, is virtually five minutes walk away, what more can we say. Can’t wait to go back!

Cycling from Staffordshire to Suffolk I was very fortunate to find Carlton Corner. I had booked two rooms as I was cycling with a life long friend. We were both delighted with the rooms and the exceptional friendliness of Jay and Dave. Breakfast was excellent.

A lovely well appointed bed and breakfast in a very quiet location on the edge of an old village with open views to the rear. the owners ( staff) are most welcoming and caring. Highly recommended! We shall try to book again
