Quorn Stone Leicestershire

We visited the Leicester showroom on a Saturday. We knew we would need some extra help so we booked an appointment online the evening before.

The showroom was really busy when we arrived earlier then planned, but there were plenty of staff on hand. We were approached by several different members in a friendly and non-confrontational manner to ensure we were okay with browsing at first. They even made us a cup of tea, and the biscuits and toys were very welcome to entertain our two young girls.

The showroom looked small from the outside but the range inside was amazing! The quality of their porcelain tiles in particular was amongst the best we’ve seen, much better than a very well known tile supplier we had seen that week.

We were looking for a large quantity of limestone flooring for our new kitchen. Dan was welcoming, friendly and incredibly knowledgable and was happy to answer our many questions! The quality of the limestone was superb and the price point even more so.

We placed our order there and then. We were fully informed of the terms of sale etc and Dan followed up by email the same day. They had no samples of our stone choice in store, but these arrived at our home address a few days later, as promised.

They even had numerous popular paint colour cards such as F&B and Little Greene. So helpful!

We are at the very beginning of a whole house renovation and we would not hesitate to use Quorn Stone again for future projects. We couldn’t find the same quality and great price anywhere else!

I do not normally review but Cristina & the team at Quorn Stone Leicestershire have been so good that I need to share our experience. Our project has been somewhat protracted (as I am sure many others have experienced…) but Cristina has been with us all of the way, from our first unannounced visit to the showroom mid last year to our visit to the warehouse last Friday to ensure we are happy with our batch of limestone (which we are!). They had very kindly mocked up a few pieces to show us what it will look like (see the pic - amazing…) - even doing the slip test when wet - brilliant! Cristina’s knowledge and experience are fantastic, but equally important for novices like us, she is very clear in her explanation and articulation but also her recommendations - we can’t wait to get to the stage where our flooring is installed in a month or two… Thank you Cristina & the whole team…

The Leicestershire showroom was well worth a visit, with lots of well displayed options. Emma was incredibly helpful and supported us in finding the right stone for our project. We’re looking forward to seeing the final results.

We were recommended to visit Quorn Stone by our builders and they didn’t disappoint! Tara was exceptionally helpful and took the time to explain the differences between the tile options. She put together a stunning mood board for us with our kitchen colours included to show us how the overall project would look. Called into the showroom after searching literally dozens of tile stores big and small. The service we were given was truly consumate. Tara was very understanding of our plight to find the right tile but was in no way pushing for a sale; she was super informative and really helpful in putting ideas together. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit ( and my husband loved the biscuits!)
We are going to be ordering our tiles and know that the whole process will be dealt with in the same manner to which we were attended. Best place ever for out of the ordinary tiles, For quality and service. Would highly recommend.. we love Tara ! She was a huge help.

Good selection at the showroom. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Kept me informed post visit and I was able to place an order as soon as the delivery date for the stone was confirmed. Looking forward to the new floor arriving on 21st March.

What amazing customer service! We were made to feel very welcome at the nicely appointed showroom with a well displayed array of products. Christina, one of the sales person, was extremely helpful and guided us all the way through, which helped to take to my final decision without even having any second thoughts.

Today we were welcomed by Cristina at the showroom in Leicester. The showroom was absolutely beautiful and had a wide range of products on show. Cristina was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We are excited to receive our order and look forward to working with Quorn Stone again in the future!

The team at Quorn Stone in Leicestershire were invaluable in helping us plan our designs for which tiles would be best and in what rooms. We made a visit to Quorn Stone on a busy Saturday morning knowing It was likely to be busy. Staff greeted us and directed us to an area of the showroom where we were able to browse lots of tiles on floors and walls. When a staff member became free from whom they were dealing with they came to talk to us. Emma asked us which tiles we were interested in and directed us to the tiles. She talked us through the features and benefits of our choice and stayed engaged even though more customers came through the door. We were offered refreshments whilst we browsed and were not badgered for a sale. Emma answered our queries perfectly and was not pushy or selly in and way. Emma took our details for sending samples of stone and genuinely engaged with us about our project offering advice on limestone tiles continued care and general advice about grout and the like. Great work Emma keep up the good work, you’ll go far.

What a lovely showroom, we visited recently to find the right flooring for our new build home. We were greeted by Cristina and she couldn't have been more helpful. Cristina really knows her products, the tiles available are beautiful whether natural stone or porcelain. They were displayed really well for a good sense of colour, tone and texture. Cristina also had colour wheels for farrow and ball colours along with other mood board samples so we could decide what will work well in our new kitchen. There was no pressure and we were provided with a competitive quote in writing, which we have taken away to consider. The cup of tea was very welcome too.

Emma was very friendly, knowledgeable, relaxed and helpful. The store has a great choice of tiles and stone and Emma guided us through the process of choosing very well.

We drove about 45 mins especially to see the floor tiles at Quorn Stone and we were very pleased we made the effort. The products were exactly what we were looking for and could have chosen several. Prices are very good compared to other places we have visited. But the service was excellent, the staff were all very welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable and patient.

Quorn Stone, what a place! We’ve been to quite a few different places for tiles but Quorn blew us away with their quality, customer service and variety. Tara was unbelievably helpful in assisting us with choosing and putting together the tiles for our bathroom and kitchen. Highly recommended!!

We were looking for some high quality porcelain 'wood look' tiles for the whole of our ground floor and these have not disappointed, they are excellent. We visited the Leicestershire showroom to help us make a final choice and were helped greatly by Rachel one of the great staff based there.We would definitely recommend Quorn Stone as a company and the quality products.

Lovely showroom, having all the colour charts and handles definately helped us pick the tile we wanted. Cristina was very helpful and patient. Recommend very highly.
