I cannot recommend Farley’s enough. The service, the feel of the shop, the people and of course the suits! Myself and my groomsmen went for tweed and the amount of compliments we got on the big day was incredible. We really did look amazing. Will be back in the future. Cheers guys, Josh and Jess

I am yet to visit the actual store but A. Farley are second to none online. Customer service, pricing and speed of packing/delivery is always great. My only complaint is that you don’t stock Schoffel!

Went into the kibworth shop to buy a coat but they didn’t have my size available, the man behind the desk was really friendly and helpful and offered to order my size online to come into store or home but I decided to order it from home as it was more convenient for me, the coat came the next day and in perfect condition. Always a friendly atmosphere in the store!

Had a problem with a recent purchase, returned and exchanged without question. The ladies on the counter were very helpful. I will be returning for future purchases.

The services a A. Farley were second to none! So helpful throughout the whole process of renting my wedding suit, they have a big selection of suits and the quality of the suits were great. You can easily mix and match any suit to make it your own mark on it. Ryan was a absolute star from start to finish. I felt like a valued customer and nothing was an issue to them. Will be using them for future events and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a suit!

Excellent retailer with first class customer service! I ordered a jacket online at a really good price. I read some negative reviews and felt a bit twitchy about the purchase. An email to Holly put my mind at rest. She reassured me that the order had been processed and was being collected by the courier that day.

I would have been happy with the 6 working day delivery stated but was made up when my parcel arrived within 48 hours of ordering. Thank you so very much. I will shop with you again and recommend others use you!

We’re new to horse riding and needed helmets and footwear- we’d been to a couple of places locally but all they were interested in was the sale, to be honest one shop didn’t seem bothered about the sale!
Sally spent time with us, explained our options and the differences and gave us the space to make our decision. We left with two helmets and two pairs of boots very happy.

I’m extremely happy that I chose to buy my Dubarry boots from A Farley Country Attire. Of course they offered a good price - always important. I had ordered the slim fit option and they were on-the-ball enough to double check with me that this was right, before shipping. Based on their advice I switched to regular fit and this turned out to be perfect. Lovely customer service and attention to detail that you generally don’t get when ordering on-line from the huge operations. I’ve subsequently ordered cleaning & care products - all delivered on time to expectations.

This Family run business is AWESOME they are so helpful and patient. I ordered some expensive wellies and they had the best deal on them plus they had a special option...which I won’t ruin the surprise. The website was so user friendly and speedy, I received updates via email on my order and the boots arrived so fast. They followed up with me to make sure everything was all good too. It’s honestly such a breath of fresh air to deal with a company so caring and un-corporate... I would recommend to anyone and I already have and it so lovely to support a small business in these tough times.

I could not be more satisfied with the service I received from A Farley Country Attire. I ordered a pair of Barker shoes online which were promptly delivered in the most beautiful box with spare laces, shoe trees and shoe bags. I have never owned such a magnificent pair of shoes. Unfortunately, having never bought Barker shoes before, I ordered a size 9 which transpired to be too big. I returned the shoes using the returns service offered by A Farley and promptly received the correct size within a week. As part of the process, I had direct correspondence with Holly Lodge whose customer service was impeccable. The shoes are superb and dealing with your company could not have been easier. A very professional service and I will definitely be using this company again in the future. I order a lot of items on the internet and this was one of the best customer experiences I have experienced.

Outstanding customer service at this store. They dealt with a return for me which was a manufacturing fault on a pair of boots from Harkila, and they not only replaced them in lightning speed, but also included a free bottle of waterproofing for my replacement boots! Their customer service lady called Sarah is outstanding at her job.

After a disastrous shopping trip in Market Harborough looking for walking boots, I dropped in at A. Farley & was welcomed by Sally. A complete breath of fresh air! Friendly, informative & helpful above and beyond practically every shopping experience I’ve ever had. I’m now the proud owner of my first walking boots. Sally is now on the hunt for my dream cowgirl boots, I am 100% confident she will again exceed.

A beautiful shop to visit, all the staff were great. How pleasant it is to know that service like this is still available, without a pushy sales person trying to close a deal not listening to the customers needs.

They didn't have the boot size our daughter needed and went to their warehouse to get them. Cressida In particular was fabulous, her patience, knowledge and understanding was outstanding from the moment we walked in to paying.
