Popped into the garage to show them a video I'd taken of my engine making a ticking noise. Straight away they said to bring the car in and they'd take a look at it for me. From that moment on the communication was excellent, I was kept in the loop at all times and the prices were reasonable & fair. I don't really know much about cars so I really appreciated the time they took to explain things to me & reassure me. Overall a great experience & I would highly recommend this garage.

I took my car here for the first time with being new to the area and was very pleased with the service provided. My car had a full MOT and service, I was kept updated and given great advice about what needed doing. There was a full price breakdown which was very reasonable. Would highly recommend and will be returning in the future.

Popped in with a document from Halfords about issues with my car and the prices it was to fix them. They looked at it and straight away said bring my car in. I did, they fixed all issues listed and for so much cheaper than I was initially quoted! Staff were friendly and service was quick , affordable and above all really good! Thank you, will be using again.

After a couple of visits to another garage to fix the leak in my car, I spoke with David Lowe garages who knew immediately what the problem was.

They fitted me in quickly, and fixed the issue promptly. The charge was also really reasonable and I thank them for their professionalism. I will always use this garage going forward and have recommended to friends and family.

Excellent service. My car started making a rattling sound & the garage was able to see me straight away, order the engine plate part and fit it all on the same day! Had a great experience! They managed to fit me in at short notice, and fixed a coolant issue in my car so I can go into the holidays not worried. Kept me up to date the whole time and were really transparent about costs. Would definitely recommend!

Took my car to get an oil leak looked at. They fitted us in quickly, kept us fully informed and were really polite and friendly. So much so that I’ve since taken my car back for its MOT (and the service was just as good second time around).

Very good experience. I thought my brake had problem, but after check at this garage, everything was fine, and no repairs were needed. Additionally, a minor problem in the engine compartment was deemed unnecessary to fix, avoiding a costly expense. There was no charge in the end. Highly responsible, not focused on making money but rather considering the customer's best interests. Strongly recommended.

What a fantastic garage this is. Can't fault it at all, work I have had done has been completed in prompt time and at very reasonable cost. The people there takes good care of you and talks you through everything. Our cars all come to this garage because its value for money and you know you are getting a good deal and top workmanship. Can't fault this place at all.

Used this garage for a full service - communication was great throughout from answering questions beforehand to the several updates provided throughout the day of the service. They made sure to explain everything including costs which was much appreciated.

I went to David Lowe Garage Services today for the first time for a service. The service was excellent (both the car and customer). They identified that the previous work that had been done on my car had been done poorly - they patiently explained to me what had happened and even wrote down what I needed to say to the garage that did a bad job. David Lowe Garage Services didn't try and upsell nor fob me off. I was really impressed with the level of service, honesty, and integrity so I will be going back again.

Really easy to book online for an MOT, the service was great, really friendly, kept me updated when work was required on my car, went the extra mile to get good deals on the parts and all done in a day, highly recommend.

Can't thank the guys enough at this place!! After my car breaking down and smoke leaking everywhere ! They fitted a new radiator and the car seems absolutely fine. They reassured me the temperature is fine and how to check certain compartments and I drove away confidently.
