Hotel ibis budget Leicester

My husband and I had a very comfortable stay at Ibiz budget hotel near Leicester. Each time we prefer this hotel for it's good customer service and a comfortable stay like one at home. Helpful staff! Anna, in particular, was very polite and helpful.

Great journey breaker.budget on the pocket but not on quality. Look for bargain deals when planning ahead if travelling through the area on business and or pleasure. My experience of the staff was so close to being family as to be a religious experience (if one can say that,)🦆🦆🦆As they say...... A place to get one's ducks in line!!!

Pleasant stay. Friendly staffs. Good location, close to the highway. What I like the most they did not separate the toilet and shower unlike other outlets.

The manager Mr Ahmed Dururesh and Blase went extra mike to make our stay comfortable. We accidentally booked the wring date, but they made it happened. The staffs were very friendly

Lovely clean bright room. Super comfortable bed, blackout blind, I had a great night sleep. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Well what can we say . This hotel has been fab . Although rooms on the small side you get what you pay for . From all of us Raj and the staff were brilliant and made us very welcome. Great banter had by all. Very attentive to the guests needs. Keep up the good work guys yous are a credit to the hotel. Tea & coffee in reception 24/7 which was really appreciated.

Very happy with cleanliness and a smart room that suited my needs. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Travelling with our young grandchildren, and what a warm reception we got, with complimentary drinks for the kids and nothing was too much trouble. Well done, Ibis team. Thank you.

Great location, nice, clean, well presented rooms.
Only downside. The breakfast finished an hour before the stated time.

For a budget hotel this was good. The management happily changed my room for me. Room as not big as I have had but clean, airy with great wet room. Clean crisp linen and towels.. great air con as it was very hot. Free fast WiFi. Huge self service breakfast for a very reasonable price. Pizza was fresh and large enough to share. Beer too. Perhaps they could consider tea and coffee facilities ! Surprisingly there was no noise heard through walls or ceiling considering it was busy. Only a small point but it would be good if there were more food outlets around the services site. Recommended for a stop over. Pet welcome for a small extra charge.

Clean, comfortable and in a good area. Convenient for central Leicester although not as near as I’d hoped. Took 40 mins in rush hour but fastest 13 mins late evening.

Stayed for 1 night, due to having an air bnb cancelled at the last minute.

It was cheaper to stay here and I will now look at staying here again.

Staying at Ibis budget in Leicestershire around the A46. The staff are adorable especially one of the Manager I call my brother, Veronica, Polly and the rest, very helpful and kind.
I will recommend any one to stay in this lovely environment with amazing staffs that have made the hotel a place to call home when I am far from home and at work.

Very good check in , clean room , good price, conveniently located.

Great overnight stay. Room small but spotlessly clean, huge tv, good wifi , great shower, comfy bed, reasonable price for drinks, lovely, helpful reception staff. What’s not too like for the price? Shame about the fire alarm issue but that was due to the stupid actions of a guest. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others
