I always do my research when visiting a new town. I like to make the mist of my restaurant and cafe visits. More Coffee Co. was highly recommended and was not a letdown.

They had an incredible selection of baked goods. I wanted to try every single one, but I am currently prepping for a show (aka a pretty strict diet).

So my partner got this biscoff and white chocolate Tiffin. The issue (not really an issue) is, she doesn't have a sweet tooth like me. She had 3/4 of the slice and offered me the last bit..

I couldn't say no and did not regret it. This was the best biscoff baked good I can remember trying. I highly recommend it!

The coffee was above average, which topped off the experience.

Today, my partner and I placed a home delivery. For this, we were most pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food served. Upon first inspection, I must admit I was quite disappointed with the size of the meal. Although, I must admit as a frequent critic of local food where More Coffee compromises on size of food it certainly maximises on flavour and quality factor.

In my personal experience, I have always found that traditionally English cafes like this sort of reduced points when using meats because it often lacked flavour. Although, that doesn’t apply here! This panini captured a flavourful, incredibly juicy roast chicken blanketed in a light lemon seasoning with bacon and basil. We were very well impressed by the minimalism of style but maximisation of flavour. For that, I give this place a five star rating.

When delivery men arrived he passed to me one bag and gone. When I opened the bag I was in shock because there were only drinks and crisps but I ordered 3 meals.
Couldn’t find any information about delivery guy, didn't know how to reach him so I call straight to the restaurant and lady told me that delivery guy didn’t pick the full order and left one bag. The lady offered me to bring my food to me. I Can say that was very nice from her side. Great customer service. Thank you so much. Sorry I forgot to ask for your name but thank you so much for your service. I very appreciate it Xxx

Lovely coffee shop to enjoy a hot drink with my furry friend, friendly staff and tasty cakes and delicious veggie sausage sandwich. Gorgeous latte art. Beautiful garden where dogs are allowed

Great little coffee shop, with superb coffee and a great breakfast offering. All of our food was delicious and we were greeted and treated in a friendly and welcoming manner. Always well worth searching out the local independent offer, well worth a visit

I've been going to More Coffee Co for a long time for coffee with friends; this place was the very first time I was introduced to Oatly Barista and that opened my eyes!
This time I went for lunch with a friend and whilst I'd been going a lot for coffee I hadn't really looked at the menu, occasionally I'd had the vegan sausage roll available from the chiller but not much else. I was very impressed by the menu. I had the sausage sandwich but could easily have eaten so many other things on the menu, the Jammy Dodger milkshake is for my next visit. I don't care that I'm middle aged, that milkshake has my name on it!
The upshot of my visit is, yes it's a great place for coffee with friends but it also has a very vegan friendly menu which will take me a while to get through. The service, atmosphere, coffee and food are excellent and it is my go to cafe in Melton.
It has a dog friendly courtyard in the back which is also a lovely place to sit in the warm sun.
For those of you with non-vegan friends it's a great place to go with them, you have a great choice of drink and food and they don't feel uncomfortable by going to a fully vegan place.

First time back in Melton for years and this is by far the best coffee around for miles. The garden has been beautifully developed over the years and is gorgeous this time of year

Is this the best coffee shop in Melton? Absolutely! Both the coffee and the food is the best in town. Everything is beautifully crafted by hand just as should be. The staff believe in the product and have great attention to detail, they're really passionate about delivering great quality of service and great quality coffee.

Atmosphere is also important, and with the recent aesthetic upgrades inside the shop, I'm pleased to report that the environment is welcoming and relaxing. Whether you're coming in for a spot of breakfast with an accompanying latte, or popping in after work for a small americano with a slice of Victoria Sponge, More Coffee delivers, every time.

Loved this cafe. Coffee was very nice, cake was very nice, staff were very friendly. Can’t fault it.

I popped in today on my day off same had peppermint tea and the chocolate brownie - delish! I live in Melton and this is my first visit I'm ashamed to say! There's a really cosy feel to this place, decent menu and nice layout / decor. Staff are very friendly too. I'll definitely be going back again.

The unassuming nature of More Coffee continues to impress and is still my favourite coffee shop in Melton Mowbray (maybe the world?).

The coffee really is of such quality and prepared with a care that is sadly lacking in the usual chain coffee shops.

If you're considering going back to one of the usual places, then I implore you to give this coffee shop a chance to impress you.

Service not fast, but then quality rarely is.

Update 2022:- now under new leadership and community owned, this place goes from strength to strength

Very clean cafe and friendly staff.
I haven't had anything other than coffee and cake, both of which I can recommend as delicious.
It's a lovely place to be, calm but popular just across from the market square.
It's great to support a smaller coffee shop rather than an impersonal chain.

My go too coffee place with the family. Or on my own, it’s just relaxed, inside and out are comfortable and relaxing. A key part of the town.

Cute little cafe with delicious vegan blueberries croissant.

Came in not knowing what to expect as we wanted some breakfast. Was delighted when the food came, good presentation and tasted great! Good customer service and nice hot drinks too. We will come back to enjoy the experience again.

Loved this place and am ashamed to say first time I have visited but it won't be the last. Best flat white I have ever had and the peanut butter chocolate tiffin was amazing.
Sorry Nero and Costa coffee at More is just that more

We arrived quite late on a Sunday afternoon, thought we might be too late. Had a warm welcome and completely excellent service - despite asking for a very late light lunch. Top quality freshly ground coffee, delicious freshly made wraps and sandwiches, high quality ingredients and really very good value. The choice on the menu was great (we are vegetarian) I don't usually bother to write reviews, but this place deserves full marks.
