After making my first purchase from Birstall last year, I decided to invest again for my Kamodo.
I am very happy I decided to use Birstall Garden & Leisure again.
Following an issue with a delivery service provider, nothing was too much trouble in getting the item replaced and sent out.

Ordered a Kamado Joe from here on Friday and it was delivered Monday morning, communication throughout has been excellent from my initial enquiry to the delivery agent contacting me to arrange delivery. Arrived well package, a not insignificant size. Would highly recommend.

After a google search looking for Lafuma chairs came across the website for this centre. Not too far a drive we set off. After wandering around asked if they had any we could take a closer look at. Staff were extremely helpful and we soon decided on exactly what we wanted - they also had everything in stock we wanted!
Back in the car we realised this is where we bought our original Lafuma chairs when we first started caravanning in 2008! How random!

The online buying experience with Birstall has been nothing short of exceptional, with my Kamado Joe Jr ordered on Friday and delivered promptly on Tuesday morning. Have already smoked a pork shoulder and some chicken thighs, both turned out tender and packed with flavour.

As of time of writing (August 2021) they offer the best bundle deals on all Kamado Joe's, you can rest assured I'm the kind of person that looks at 100+ retailers before making a choice.

Any queries were answered swiftly and in good detail, spoke with Grace who was very helpful. Looking forward to many more grilling sessions, the Junior is the ideal size for a couple with no kids and a greedy dog.

The Kamado Joe is an excellent bit of kit that is so well insualted that you can BBQ or smoke all year round in any wetaher, which is great.

Just been on the base camp cooking experience as I've yet to unbox my Kamado Joe and never cooked or even lit one. Found the day to very useful and great fun. I'd recommend to anyone. Every single member of the team at Birstall are really friendly and very helpful it is without hesitation I'd use the company again.

Got a kamado joe junior at a great price. Staff were very kind and kept me updated on the delivery. Please note they reuse packaging so I thought they’d sent me a table by
mistake but they were just reusing the box to deliver charcoal and other bits and pieces. Great service. Highly recommend

Purchased a Kamado Joe BBQ end of last week and promptly delivered today (Wednesday).

Friendly, personal customer service, with decent value pricing.

Haven't had a chance to unpack and use as yet, but will definitely be using Birstall again when I need to add some accessories.

We bought a Greenhouse from BGC. It was installed by John & Jack yesterday - 22nd March 2023 - No issues, Two great blokes - really happy - it became full with "seedings" in no time. I even had a hole drilled in the base for an electrical cable. Many Thanks also to Jo for the numerous telephone calls - all appreciated.

An absolute pleasure to deal with this company. I ordered my Kamado Joe Junior basket at 0700 on the 7 April and it was on my doorstep at 0800 on the 8 April. It was extremely well packed and the item was as described. I had previously ordered and paid for this item from another company four months ago and it never arrived. The order was cancelled and then I found Birstall. Absolutely brilliant service. Well done and thanks again to. Michael

I recently ordered a pair of Gold Leaf Dry Touch gloves from Birstall. The first pair had a fault in the seam, but after contacting their customer service team, I received a free replacement. Was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it was dispatched and I also had a follow up call to make sure everything was fine. Recommended.

I recently placed my first order with this company and can only say I was amazed at the speed at which my order was dealt with. I put the order through at approx 12 noon on Monday 5th Oct and Royal Mail knocked on my door at 07:40 the next morning! My order arrived in good condition with only the necessary amount of packaging ....not the enormous box filled with polystyrene chips that some mail order companies feel is needed. I’ll definitely be using this company again. Thank you for a great first experience!
