Excellent service. I went in to see the pharmacist and I was seen the same day. I got what I needed to feel well again. Can’t recommend enough 10/10

Staff are always helpful even whilst having to work under the most stressful of circumstances. The shop and pharmacy are both always busy and the phone is always ringing off the hook but the staff always deal with me with respect and decency. They always have a smile for you when most other shop staff would be pulling their hair out. I have no complaints about any services that the pharmacy provide. Keep up the hard work.

I contacted the pharmacy at 0900 hours on 18/02/2024 as I needed some urgent medical equipment as mine at home had failed to work. From the outset Imran was so professional and went above and beyond to help me. I wouldn’t hesitate in returning here again. Thank you for your fantastic customer service.

I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Amo and the team have been nothing but 100% with me, regardless of how many questions I ask about medicines. The support staff are all wonderful too, and always smile. This is the standard by which all pharmacies should be measured, because service really doesn't get any better than this.

Absolutely hands down the best pharmacy in the county. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are pleasant and friendly. I would give six stars if I could.

Best pharmacy in woodhouse, they go above and beyond! Friendly, professional staff who are highly trained in pharmacy services. Pharmacy workers do not get enough praise, especially over the last 3 years when they continuously worked throughout the pandemic. I will not take my prescription anywhere else. 10/10

I received excellent service from the time's I've been to this pharmacy for both medical advice and to collect proscriptions always finding a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and the way the staff dealt with my personal situation professionally and I felt at ease to speak openly and the whole time never felt like I was being judged by the staff which from the years I've delt with my medical situation have never felt so at ease to ask advice on embarrassing medical issues.

An immaculate pharmacy with welcoming staff members who are always happy to help. The service is top-notch; to the point it almost feels like a 2nd home.
The Oakwood Pharmacy team is dedicated to their roles in which they are adamant that we as customers get the best self-care and advice.
I was speaking with one of the pharmacists there and she said that they manage to get over 500+ prescriptions finished in the day which still astonishes me!
I am forever grateful that this Pharmacy operates at a much longer time than others in the local area. This is so crucial as it accepts emergency prescriptions to be dispensed at night, and there is no wait to come and collect it.
Thank you Oakwood Pharmacy Team for serving customers willingly even through these Covid-19 restricted conditions that we are currently living in. Wish nothing but success for you guys!!!

This is a wonderful Pharmacy. They are friendly and very helpful if you have a medical problem. Your medication is always ready for you and best of all open when you really need them.

Easily most hopeful chemist ever been to a lot of places could not get eye gel needed both times these have ordered it for me and got me down monthly so will always have some can not say grateful are for all there help nothing to much trouble

In My Opinion there is no pharmacy that is better in Mansfield woodhouse! I have to say that the pharmacy team is just so kind ,friendly,helpful and just all round caring people. They have taken care of me and I am so so grateful for all the help and care from Mandeep and Imran ! Absolutely fantastic team and fantastic Pharmacy! 👏

I.would recommend Oakwood pharmacy 100% it is a very friendly helpful and professional if there is anything you need help with they are always be on hand to give assistance . The staff are always on hand to help to give advice and help if you haven't tried the shop then give them ago.
