absolutely loved the amazing customer service.
Super friendly, clean tables
all the food was well served. The food came quite quickly in time.And altogether.
My daughter accidentally ordered the wrong meal.And made immediately changed it for her with a smile.
When we went to order our food or ask for anything.We did not have to wait very long.

To be fair, I’m not a spice lover. But there’s a reason people keep coming back to Nando’s. Nice atmosphere, bottomless drinks and juicy chicken. The waitress moved us to another table that wasn’t by the door without any qualms (it was a particularly windy night) just beware - turn up twenty/thirty minutes before you intend on eating, you usually have to wait for a table after 5pm - any day!!

Called the resteraunt prior to visit and COVID precautions explained simply and clearly. Clear signage and staff welcoming and explaining the new processes in the restaurant immediately on arrival, plus all staff wearing face coverings at all times and hand sanitiser available on entry.
Excellent choice on menu at reasonable prices. The food was delicious and staff extremely friendly and helpful, will definitly go here again.
Delicious butterfly chicken with piri salted fries and coleslaw and a plain chicken burger with fries for the fussy one.

Always a lovely meal here. Chicken always juicy and tasty. The new fully loaded chips are delicious. Food is a little bit expensive but worth it.

Lovely food as always. Brilliant system for the covid restrictions. Only a 20 min wait for a table and the app let's you know when to go back to the restaurant. Scan the code on the table for ordering and paying, then food is brought to you. Felt very safe also

Only gave a 4 on atmosphere because it was a busy day , friendly staff, lovely tasty 😋food

Nandos is Nandos. Always a queue in this place, be prepared.
Recently redecorated and they have made better use of the space.
I must add the staff here are far better than any other nandos, friendly and courteous.

Lovely place to go with friends and family, amazing food and a comfy atmosphere.

Fantastic food everytime we get here. Meat are Halal and great place to take your family out for dinner. If you are planning to go in the evening, try to be early or ready to wait about 30 mins to get a table as it can be busy.

Busy Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was full, but after a short wait for a table was available. Ordered and paid for the food and drink through scanning the QR code. The glasses were promptly brought to the table for us to fill up at the drinks vending taps. As we returned to our table, the food arrived. The kitchen team were on fire (not literally). Perfect meal and catch up with a mate - 2 happy customers 🙂

One of only 2 Halal Nandos in Wales, which is why I choose to go here. I couldn't really fault the service. We were told we would have a 35-minute wait, which, tbh was obvious to see as they were quite full when we arrived. However, I was seated in 20 minutes, which was welcomed. Quick service and the food was great. Did happen to pick up an unclean knife when collecting my utensils from the station, which I would recommend they keep a check on, but I can't expect too much. Would come again.

Nantgarw Nando’s is in an easy and convenient location. The place is tidy and clean. The best thing it’s Halal hence the taste is different, more succulent and flavoured. The staff is excellent and if you’re unhappy they’ll be quick at replacing, it’s a family restaurant. It’s busy so the turnover of their stuff is rapid. Love it

Came here pre cinema. First time without kids and it's been super! Fantastic service from really hospitable and very attentive staff 👏 and good food.

Wonderful restaurant, the staff are attentive and the food is wonderful , can get busy in the evenings but overall would highly recommend for a nice bite. The free parking is a huge bonus and very accessible by public transport.

Service was impeccable! Table straight away and the manager served us personally as my mother has allergies and was so lovely. Food came within 10 minutes of ordering and was outstanding! Big thanks to the manager🙌

I'm 55. I know how to use a QR code! That said, great food.
