(Gifted review, but my honest words!) After years of camping at festivals, my daughter and I took Poppy to a festival and what an absolute game changer! The team at Hey Campers were amazing at every step of the way. I'd never driven a motorhome (only smaller campers) and being on my own with a small child too, I was filled with nerves as well as excitemtnt, but the team were so supportive, reassuring and told us everything we needed to know for our trip. Poppy was such a luxury, super easy to drive (I needn't have worried at all), and we had everything we needed for the trip too - it was like a hotel room in the middle of a festival field, absolutely amazing. Thank you so much- Lily has already chosen her next motorhome for another adventure :)

From placing the order, adjusting the order to collection and drop off, I can't say enough good words. Great people to deal with, professional and helpful. Our motorhome for the week was Bentley. Such a breeze to drive being automatic and had everything we needed. The Gas bbq was great to use and the table and chairs for outside was a great help too.Will definitely be hiring again

We took Alfie out for 9 nights and were very impressed by the size and storage capacity when we loaded up. We took him to the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Peak District on our way home. The Brit Stops guide was very useful at finding free places to stay on route at pubs you could eat at and then stay in the car park overnight after you’d had a drink. We also made use of the camping and caravanning club membership to book our campsite near Kendal when we changed our plans last minute receiving a discount. We were blessed with nice weather so made use of the comfortable chairs in the garage and it was easy to stay cool with opening windows or warm up with the heating when needed. All the controls were well explained by Adam and we had no problems using anything on board. The tv was a great addition as we were able to watch sky sports and box set series on now tv using the wifi. We would highly recommend Hey Campers and Alfie for anyone looking for a staycation in the future.

Second time using heycampers couldn’t recommend them enough the vehicle was spotless the service great Adam went over everything about the motor home for us when we picked it up the door was sealed with a COVID cleaned sticker so we had no concerns. We drove to Weymouth and the vehicle was easy drive and didn’t miss a beat with sat nav and fully adjustable seats and steering wheel will definitely be using heycampers again

First time going away in a motorhome and HeyCampers made it so easy and enjoyable. Lexie was a great motorhome with everything we needed and was surprisingly easy to drive after getting used to it despite the size. The motorhome was spotless when we collected it, the demo was great and we had no issues using all of the features while we were away.
They also let us return the motor home later in the day which helped us enjoy the last day a bit more. They couldn't have been more helpful.
The britstops membership is also a great idea and I will be using this in the future as well. Had a really nice weekend away in Wales and will definitely be booking again.

we have just had a long weekend in Beni - such a great experience from easy online booking, good communication and simple collection and return. Beni is a superb motorhome with everything you need for a high quality time away. We had pre-booked camp sites to ensure we got an electric hook up and this was a great idea. Such a lovely introduction to modern motorhomes - easy to drive and 'connect, good toilet and washing facilities, great heating and hot water - all the items we needed for a good weekend. Cant recommend this company enough. Photo is at Setthorns campsite in the New Forest…… if you want to be in the middle of the forest, this is the place. We saw deer wandering around the camp.

My boyfriend and I took Oakley away for a couple of days near Cannock Wood. We stayed at The Rag at Rawnsley, where they have space for up to 4 motorhomes. The weather was beautiful and Oakley accommodated us both.
I used the time to finish an assignment and was easily able to connect to Oakley’s WiFi to enable me to do this. I sat outside using the bench table stored in the garage as well as using the table inside and moved the passenger chair around for extra comfort. We also made use of the oven and hob in Oakley to cook ourselves lunch and dinner. The fridge/freezer and wine/drinks cooler came in handy too with enough space for everything we brought with us.

Hired 2 vans this summer. Both well equipped and great to drive. Had an issue with 2nd van of my own doing but felt they were very fair and transparent. Special mention to Kerry for excellent communication and helpfulness. Would definitely use again. Well priced too for the standard of motor home.

What a fantastic service. From the moment we booked the communication and advice has been first class.
We rented Poppy for 10 days to go abroad. The vehicle itself was perfect.
The handover with David was excellent, he went through all the services in the van in detail.
When we brought the van back, super simple handover, van checked through and deposit returned. If only all hire companies were as professional.
We will definitely use Heycampers again.

First time experience in a camper and it was absolutely brilliant! Will most definitely be back for another trip! Lillie was very comfortable to stay in and travel in.

This is the second camper van we've hired, the first being from another company. What a difference! Hey campers have thought of everything, but most importantly do it with smiles on faces. Well organised company, informative website, thorough walk through of camper van on collection day. Hey campers really made us feel like they wanted us to have a nice holiday. Totally different experience to our previous hire. I would thoroughly recommend hey campers to anyone and we've already started looking at dates to hire from them again next year. Well done!

We had a great week touring in Beni - it was our first time in a motorhome but we didn't need to worry, everything was very well explained and Beni was immaculate and had everything we needed. A great experience and a relaxed way to travel and Heycampers made sure that everything was spot on. Highly recommended!

We hired Lillie for 18 nights and Took her up to Scotland! Hey Campers were there to help us right from the beginning when we first rang them to enquire about booking one of their motorhomes. We had such a fantastic time that we will definitely book one of your motorhomes again!
We were supplied with plenty of information before our hire commenced including a video demonstration of how to operate everything onboard with enhanced covid protocol - at collection were given a thorough demonstration handover by Adam. Lillie is a luxury, high end top of the range motorhome, she was spotlessly clean when we picked her up, and just a Perfect home from home!! We found getting away in Lillie was complete freedom! waking up to nature and awe inspiring scenery each morning was completely refreshing.

They were always at the end of the phone - that made us felt very reassured as newbies!! your so much more to them than simply a booking, they genuinely want you to enjoy your experience and time in one of their motorhomes.
After 18 days we felt emotional leaving Lillie at the Depot. I have tears in my eyes typing this, well what a fantastic time we spent in her and such memories to treasure… 💕

Loved our holiday in Alfie

We have just returned from our first motorhome holiday - we hired Alfie as we liked the large lounge area and wanted more floor space as we had our dog with us and wanted him to feel comfortable. Loved the whole experience, Alfie is great - loads of storage etc and all of the facilities were well explained. Great service - hope to book again in the future.

It was our first time hiring a motorhome, we had a long weekend in Wales and had such an amazing time that we wish we could of stayed longer!
It was so easy from start to finish Trudi and Adam couldn’t do more for you to make sure you had a good experience. Everything was explained clearly from inside to outside during the handover and were available throughout If you had any issues. We hired Lexi which was so modern and new. On arrival it was absolutely spotless and Covid safe, it had everything you needed to make your life easier and was so comfortable and homely.
Thank you so much for making our first trip so enjoyable and relaxed! We can’t wait for our next trip and would highly recommend both Hey Campers and Lexi to anyone who would like to give it a go 🙂
