This business is amazing. I first discovered them when shopping in Wrexham in Ty Pawb. A soap made with Wrexham Lager, wow, I just had to try it. I absolutely loved it. I then found you can order the soap online, which I have been doing. A few days ago I decided to order three bars of the Wrexham Lager soap. I then got a follow up email from Mountain Garden Botanics stating that there was an issue with the prints of the labels on these soap bars. I was given four options
1)wait a few days until they were available
2)Refund the order
3) Swap for Wrexham Lager Lime
4) Accept the order but without the prints for the labels.
For me this wasn't really an issue so I just said I will have my order without the prints. The very next day the order arrived. To my pleasant surprise an extra soap bar of Wrexham Lager Lime was included for me being understanding and for the prints being done with a regular printer. This is amazing as it wasn't an issue for me.
To sum up this small family business in North Wales is making excellent products, has quick delivery, will go above and beyond to make sure their product is perfect for the customer, has recyclable packaging, is Welsh and will keep their customers informed at all times. These guys are perfect.

Absolutely gorgeous products. I’ve had almost every type of soap and they all smell beautiful and leave my skin feeling soft and moisturised. They are gentle too so also great for the kids. I’ve been able to drastically reduce the amount of plastic in my bathroom thanks to this amazing company. Highly recommend.

Arrived in a timely manner. The bar of soap I bought for my cat smalls amazing and lathers up really well! I'm definitely going to try their shampoo bars for myself and might treat myself to a candle! Highly recommend.

Recently got hand soap and hand lotion as gift and loved it.

Got some nose balm from our local pet shop (pet stop market Deeping) for one of our foster girls as her nose is really bad and dry! Only been using it a couple days and highly recommend as she feels better and you can tell the difference already!
