Rowton Castle

Staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was beautifully cooked. Lovely dining room. Grounds smaller than I expected but very well kept. We stayed 3 nights and had a lovely experience.

Fantastic wedding and events venue! We have performed our Main Course Singing Waiters show at the beautiful Rowton Castle! Stunning set up and the loveliest staff to work with. Looking forward to many more gigs at Rowton Castle.

We arranged a suprise stay at Rowton to celebrate my Father's 80th birthday, with evening meal and breakfast. The location and the Castle are stunning, the staff are amazing and every member we spoke to were so warm and friendly. The food was exceptional and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Thank you for making our stay one we will never forget. (We will definitely be returning)

My good friend was married here on Wednesday and we had the most amazing time.
Fantastic location and a warm, friendly welcome was a great start.
The castle is fabulous and our room was made available on arrival at 1pm which let us get ready for the wedding.

There aren't enough good words in the world to express how perfect our wedding day was. The venue is stunning and the staff are phenomenal. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We also didn't have to worry about a thing. They are amazing value for money, especially compared to other places. Plus you don't need to pay much for decorations as the castle doesn't need anything as it's already amazing. I wish I could do the day all over again. Thank you.

Everyone who was involved was so helpful and professional, and we had an absolutely fantastic wedding.

The venue is stunning, the rooms were luxurious and comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. The food served by the on-site catering team was lovely, and they accommodated all of our dietary requests with no issues whatsoever.

We wanted to particularly thank the team for being so responsive and attentive during the planning process, and to acknowledge the efforts of Lucy, Josh, Dani and the team who worked hard for us on the day. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were able to really enjoy our day without any worries about the running of things.

We booked a late availability wedding, 6 months before. From the very first telephone call to each and every call and email inbetween their service was 100% spot on.

The communication amongst the team was simply amazing. Every little part was thought of and dealt with couple of hiccups, extra guest turning up!, all dealt with by them with ease .

I work in a service industry and have done for many a year and wish I worked with teams as efficient as these.

The venue was amazing, set up incredible, good like a michellin restaurant and cannot rate this venue highly enough.

Very special thanks to everyone for making our day special and memorable.

Attended an evening wedding reception here and it was lovely. The grounds are beautiful and so was the part of the building the reception was held. Drinks were reasonably priced and the hotdogs served were huge and really nice.

Husband and I stayed on Sunday 14th April for one night for pre birthday stay. Management and Staff was brilliant especially the 2 Karen's. Baldwin room was amazing with view of gardens and country views. Food for our evening meal was first class cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back again. X

As a wedding photographer, I've had the pleasure of capturing countless memories in various venues, and Rowton Castle stands out as a gem of a wedding location.

I’ve been there in the height of the summer on some of the hottest days and let me tell you, the air conditioning is top notch. Not only that but in the winter it makes for the most amazing, cozy wedding venues. It’s just great all round.

Fab views, grounds, outdoor ceremony space, great staff. It’s got it all really.

I’m back next month and very much looking forward to it!

This is an extraordinary place to stay. I'm not someone who is easily impressed and I've been lucky to stay in some of the world's finest places and eat in some of the best restaurants out there, and Rowton Castle can compete with the best. Stunning location and the castle has been invested in and maintained to a high standard. This is backed up by the exclusive and stylish restaurant serving exquisite food and the thing that tips this place into top class is simply the service. The team from reception to the support team and the restaurant staff are beyond first class. Then there is the bill. For the service I got I'd expect to pay two or three times what the actual bill was. Can't recommend a visit highly enough.

We got married at Rowton Castle on 1.12.2023. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough! From the very start of the planning process to check out the day after the wedding, everyone we came into contact with was exceptional! Nothing is too much trouble, and you really feel you are dealing with the bespoke wedding venue. We got all of our wedding suppliers from Rowton's recommended list - they were all fabulous! All the food was outstanding, from canapes, to the wedding breakfast, to the evening buffet (and late night bacon rolls). So many of our guests commented on the quality of the food and very generous portions! We had a the best day of our lives - it was utterly perfect thanks to the wonderful staff and recommended wedding suppliers. A magical fairytale day!

The most beautiful wedding venue we've ever been too. We had our son's wedding here. It worked out cheaper than anywhere else we looked, and it was better. Lots of extras added for your money etc. The staff, the venue, the food, the quality, the rooms, everything was amazing! Never experienced anything like it. 10/10!
