I've now ordered 3 times from 3d Sports and the customer service on the most recent order was exceptional.

The bat that I ordered was out of stock but a replacement upgrade was offered at no extra cost by Sam. The replacement wasn't quite right (as can happen with mail order), so I arranged to get a further replacement in person.

Tried several bats and walked away as an exceptionally happy customer with a bat that was right for me. It's not often that Customer Service is passable these days, let alone an experience as good as this.

Communication was excellent both over the phone and via email.

Excellent customer service. I was a bit hesitant to order a bat online and as a result reached out to the team requesting for some details on a grade 1 willow and received all required inputs promptly. I had the clarity required to place an order and it was delivered the next day. This will definitely be my go to store for all things cricket.

These guys are brilliant.I bought a bat for my son and it arrived within a couple of days. I don't think I knocked it in enough and we caused a bit of damage. I got in touch with 3D Sports and they sorted it out in a couple of weeks over Christmas.

I have never bought a bat online, as checking the middle and pick up is important. I normally go a sports store in Kingston,Surrey. I purchase two bats every year and was a bit hesitant, so I called in and was told to put my requirement in the notes. I requested the store to check the bat with the best lower middle/sweet spot and got exactly just that. The price was discounted for a 2022 bat ,Grade 1 willow and I got the bay within two days. What great Service. Will definitely me buying more Cricket Equipment from them .

I was a bit skeptical to order fron here to begin with as was not sure about it but i can assure you now that this website can be trusted blindly as they are actually trading as 3dsports on behalf of kookaburra. I had the pleasure of visiting their warehouse to purchase a bat for my son.. very friendly and helpful people.. thank you very much for an amazing bat for my son.

I’m really appalled by the services from 3 D sports with pathetic customer services. Please refrain from ordering from this store as they won’t be able to help with the defective or damaged items. I ordered a cricket bat on 1st Week of May, sent an email that it has got a bump. Was told by Sam Evison (sales manager) that the bump is because of the storm damage over the email on 10th May. Sent the cricket back the same day after agreeing on the returns with him. It’s been over 3 weeks now I haven’t got my money refunded nor got my item replaced by them. Have emailed 3 emailed called them multiple times and was told Sam( returns dept) is busy by the rude receptionist on the phone for not escalating the issue to resolve it as soon as possible.

HORRIBLE experience and a really bad customer service.Had to go through many things from payment to receiving the item and that too the wrong one.
Had correspondences with SAM about the refund and did not receive anything nor the the response by email.
Would NOT RECOMMEND to any of my mates.
Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option.

0 stars aren’t possible. Bought a bag. A few 3 weeks one of the zips failed. Email call and fb messenger and IG message. No response. Unbelievably bad customer service.
