I called Darren because we had a heating problem in our tub, over a couple of calls he guided me to diagnose and fix the problem myself, at no cost and with no spare parts, which means he didn't fleece me when he could so obviously have done. This is what being a local trader is, caring for the customer even when they don't bring any custom, knowing that when they need you again, your attitude, support and professionalism means they will be back, and they will tell everyone else to come to you too. I have an Endless pool and wanted a gecko to be able to control the time and heat. I was unsure if it would work so I emailed on a bank holiday weekend not expecting a reply for days. I got a quick response setting out exactly what I needed. I ordered the item and it was with me the next day. I really cannot fault the service, the information provided and speed of delivery. Offered some invaluable advice. Highly recommended, extremely knowledgeable. Darren was a real life saver and helped bring my broken spa back to life.

Had a few parts from them, It was a case of elimination, and they were helpful at every step, even when all new parts were on, called and gave advie as to what i neede to do! Now Hot tub is up and running and be in it later today! Super Service from a great Company! Darren was available on the phone to take any questions and help me! 100% 5 star service.

My hot tub went down on me ...so phoned a local company to me and after 3 weeks still no joy...so then was given Mr tubbys number I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Darren and his team straight from the off he new what part I needed sorted that and arrived in the post today put it on but there was a bit of difference in the wiring no problem 1 email and got it sorted....I will use Mr tubby from now on above and beyond in my eyes out standing

I have dealt with Darren for many years and have seen his business grow through his dedication to proving this superior service. We are 'wooden tub' enthusiasts, a product Mr Tubby does not sell, but he has always been happy to maintain our Balboa sanitation system, provide materials, carry out maintenance and generally go the extra mile.

Darren and his team helped us every step of the way with our hot tub, from helping us choose the right model, to providing details for the builder putting in the patio, support with the electrician, and eventually using a crane to get the tub into our walled rear garden. During the installation a full debrief is provided on the operation of the hot tub, how to manage the water, and they ensured that the tub was networked to the internet to control via your phone. Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Would recommend

Darren was brilliant and so helpful. Our Chinese hot tub needed a new controller and another supplier recommended that we upgrade to American workings for £1100. Mr Tubby had the pcb needed for £195. It was easy to fit, which I did myself and we are now up an running again! Soooo pleased and would definitely recommend Mr Tubby. Just gutted that they are too far away to use for servicing maintenance and call outs.

I am pleased to inform you the hot tub is heating up and all seems fine.
It is refreshing in this day and age that customer service comes before profit and time. All your e mails and advice have provided us with the guidance to fix our hot tub for under £400. Spafix eventually identified the problem but could not fix it. They offered an up grade @ £1100 and charged me £99 to be told that.
You can rest assure, I will recommend you and your company to all who ask for recommendations.
And when the time comes to replace our tub you will be first on the list.
Thank you once again for making my wife's life pain free again. Her tub eases her fybro myralgia and arthritis.

Bought my tub from HOTPRICETUBS it broke down after nearly 2 years, after no reply from them as to getting it fixedand horror stories and quotes, i rang Darren. He gave me advice as to what he thought was wrong, the circulation pump.
I removed it and checked it and he was spot on. Ordered from him on a friday morning abd my hot tub was working perfectly monday lunchtime, pump posted to Ireland.
I would highly recommend and will be using his shop from now on.

Would not think of anyone else to buy a tub from. I brought my first tub from Mr Tubby 8 years ago and he explained to me all the pitfalls and what to look for in a hot tub before I even brought one. He was that helpful without being a salesman - who better to take the plunge (sorry) with and order my very first hot tub ?
We he has never disappointed me from the moment he turned up (on time) to deliver and install it. Over the 7 years with that tub the main problems I ever faced were due to my garden flooding twice in that time (global warming at its best) as it wasn’t something that had happened in the past 15 years, but soda law it did twice in 4 years ! The tub was a foot underwater and the damaged caused was easily repaired by myself (Darren did offer to come and repair it - only if I wasn’t up to it) - had all the tips given to me so found it simple to repair. Only last year we decided to go with a new larger tub - the all singing all dancing Galaxy 2 which if you can afford it buy one ! These are massive and my 3 year old thinks it’s a swimming pool. Again faultless with the service with ordering and delivery - even gained a new customer for chemicals and advice with our friends who brought our old tub off us - still going strong and looking good too.
I can’t speak highly enough of the quality / back up and friendliness you get with dealing with Darren / Mr Tubby. I just wish everyone I have ever brought anything from was a good at service and support as these are - sadly they are not - try him - you will not be disappointed I can vouch for that 110%

We have an old hot tub and the panel stopped working :( but MR TUBBY came to our rescue and was able to get exactly what we needed. Excellent service and so quick we cannot thank you enough (was much cheaper than a new tub)

I bought a tub around 12 years ago from a company thats no longer around, when I needed to replace some of the parts to keep it running I came across Mr Tubby (Darren) and with all of Darren's help and advice the tub is still going, I personally will not use anyone else even if it means driving 3 hours to collect some bits,as a typical male I wanted them now 😁,Darren goes the extra mile I didn't buy my tub from him but he still went above and beyond to help me keep it running,
