The Hotel and staff were lovely, the only negative I can find is the bed was very firm. Apart from that would highly recommend. !!

Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms . Lovely hamper in my room with snacks and drinks . I booked a room for a birthday and the hotel was more than happy for me to decorate with balloons, confetti etc and said I could leave anything in the room when I left that I wished to be disposed of.
You can pay to have a later check out time , this is reasonably priced and I have used this many times .
Bar and restaurant are worth a visit.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.
My rooms desk light did not appear to work and the bed side lights were loose and I did not like to use but this did not detract from my stay and I did not consider it a complaint point.

Stay for a night buisiness with a few colleagues. The rooms were a little dated, but everything else was spot on. Food, Staff and Stay all good. Would definitely stay again.

Went here on Saturday for a meal for our wedding anniversary/birthday, food was amazing, staff very friendly, service was brilliant.
Would love to have stayed over but babysitters are a bit scarce when you have 3 kids 🤣
Stayed before and rooms are lovely, we come here on special occasions as there is never many people in and it's a lovely setting, particularly enjoy the cocktail menu 😀

We had our Wedding at the Mour Hotel 18 months and it was a perfect day, we have been back on a few more occasions, this time for Birthday drinks, once again everything was perfect.

Nice easy access location . Large free car park . Room was lovely with air conditioning and lots of tea and coffee .

There for a wedding ceremony and reception, service was great , food was delicious 😋 drinks aren't cheap but you expect that in a quality hotel 😉

My experience at Mour Hotels was nice, they were highly hospitable when I went there for the wedding of a friend

Lovely modern hotel, bar and grill. Great location, hidden in full site.

Called in here on the off chance for a meal while in the area. Staff were lovely, friendly and efficient. Restaurant was quiet for a (Sunday Lunch) but actually how we like a place to be. Good choice Menu. We had Soup and then Steak and chips and it was cooked to perfection. Steak tender and tasty. Bar and Restaurant area was black contemporary and looked lovely. Outside there are tables and chairs and sofa seating and plenty of parking available. Will definitely go again when in the area.

So unbeknownst to me Mour Hotel worked alongside my husband to organise a surprise 30th birthday for me! It was absolutely amazing! The staff were exceptionally accommodating and kind, letting us do our own food to accommodate everyone and letting us set up and turn half of the function room into a baby’s paradise with ball pits, toys etc. on top of that the DJ played AWESOME music all night, played everyone’s requests and was such a kind gentleman always checking we were happy. The staff didn’t question any of our bizarre drinks rounds and took photos and added to the lovely party atmosphere. My mum and friends who arrived early said that Tony and the staff were hugely helpful in getting anything they needed and supporting with arranging the room perfectly to suit us. They also turned all the lights off and played amazing music when I walked in to add to the surprise!
Lastly, all of the friends and family who stayed over said that the rooms were excellent and if there was an issue it was responded too and rendered immediately, with a great breakfast in the morning! All in all 10/10 service! We will certainly be coming again!!! Special thanks to staff members: Tony, DJ Lee, Courtney and Georgia for your exceptional service xxxxxxx

My husband and I had car trouble while travelling to London, and stumbled upon the Mour Hotel unplanned. We received exceptional service from the bar staff with multiple refills of water for the engine and then from Daniel in reception who made sure we had a room for the night and toothbrushes! Even the bar manager was very helpful on how we could complete our journey home the next day! Next time we’ll be sure to make a planned visit to the hotel to enjoy its services. Thank you to all the staff who were very friendly and helpful - an asset to the establishment.

Exceptional service from the moment you walk in. The restaurant was also amazing. One of the best steak meals I've ever had. It was a tad pricey, but was so well cooked and presented. Top marks. I'd certainly visit again!👍

I checked in late and checked out early but for the time I was there it was very pleasant. The Interior was delightful, the room was lovely (no plug at the bed... number 1 annoyance) free open air parking (I had a Luton van). There was quite a rowdy party when I was there but it didn't bother me. Nice hotel 👌🏻

Really enjoyed my stay in this comfy hotel, room was awesome.

Lovely boutique hotel. Very comfortable rooms with good WiFi. I didn't eat in the restaurant this time but have in the past, very nice food. Bar area is great and a lovely breakfast. Ample parking. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect place to meet colleagues straight off the motorway

It’s a fantastic hotel I don’t understand all the negative reviews, so there are some worn down carpets, who cares get a life! Loads of free car parking spaces, great wifi speed, rooms are massive. So it’s not got any plugs at the side of the bed just charge whatever u need charging on your desk. Looks amazing does the lobby and restaurant I’ll definitely return.
