Purchased four pairs of 501 jeans, the staff were helpful, friendly and patient. The lady at the fitting room made me aware of a £5 voucher offer that was available if I downloaded the Levi app. I thanked her and took advantage of it. Its great store and has an excellent stock levels. Definitely worth visiting if you love Levi!

Lovely shopping experience here today. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, very knowledgeable about their products. I purchased 2 pairs of jeans & they were able to alter the leg length to suit me within the hour. Fantastic!

I purchased a pair of 711 for my wife's Christmas present. Needless to say I got the size wrong. Returned to this store 6 days later to exchange or refund.
The shop was very busy. There must have been 10 staff on duty in anticipation of after Christmas sales rush.
A lovely member of staff Morag helped me and my wife rectify my error. Morag was extremely efficiently and quickly located with 4 new pairs to try. Problem solved and a very happy wife.

Been here a few times over the past year! The levis app is worth having to get £5 off a £49 or more spend, the staff welcome you as you come into the store and they even cut jeans down to shorts, I wasn't aware of this alteration service instore, recommended here if you like the levis brand

I hate buying jeans and always feel they don't fit me properly but I plucked up the courage to try some levi's, I'm never going to return to other jeans they fit like they have been made for me, and the staff are amazing they no there product so friendly and put me at ease, all staff are an absolute credit to your company.

Entire experience from beginning to end very good,in fact got 2 pairs only waited one week to receive them.

Visited the store on the afternoon of 24th of August, I was really impressed with the effort the staff put into making me feel welcome. Harry, was particularly helpful in helping me pick out some new jumpers and hoodies, he went the extra mile in providing his own input and suggestions which I loved. I will certainly be returning

Great shop selling excellent quality clothing. Levi jeans last for years I'd recommend them to anyone last pair lasted 8 years of being used daily. The staff are polite, friendly, approachable and very helpful.
If there are the perfect jeans that are slightly out of fitting, the store offers a free adjustment service that is well done and quite fast.

Loved it! The girl on the till was very helpful. I was struggling with sizes and she came from behind the till to assist us amd recommend options to what we were looking fot. She even went to the storage room to collect a bigger size! Customer service at its best!

Literally always a bargain to be had. My last purchase was from the sale rail & I got a pair of jeans for £30. They were far too long, so they asked if I had more shopping to do & I had so the shortened them & I collected them on my way back. 😊

The staff were exceptionally helpful in finding me the right pair of jeans. The quality of the jeans was fantastic and a real bargain at 2 x pairs for £119. I will be back here soon to buy some of the other quality clothing they had in store. 👍

I haven’t had a pair of Levi’s for years so I thought I’d pop into the shop whilst walking by. There’s a guy called Corey who works there, very knowledgeable and helpful. I explained that I had never found a pair of black jeans in my life that I liked (I’m 45) as they tend to be rigid. Not only did he show me a pair that I loved, but he explained the dying process with the jeans and helped me understand why black jeans are a different texture.

He then told me to download the app for another £5 off. Total legend.

The staff at the Levi's shop are all very friendly & helpful. There is a good selection of goods available at reasonable prices. Some of the men's jeans at the time of my visit were on offer at £35 & I've never seen Levi's this cheap before. They have changing rooms so that you can try clothes on. I bought some jeans that were slightly too long but they can alter them for you at no extra cost, which I thought was great. Although you obviously have to go back at a later date to collect them, they said about a week to sort them out. I would definitely recommend a visit to the Levi's shop.

I went in back in July and the customer service I received was beyond WONDERFUL.

Not only did a woman help me find my size and another woman - I think her name was Michelle (sorry if that's wrong but you were AMAZING) became a sort of personal stylist to help me really find the right jeans.

The whole team was so, so wonderful and caring in their service and honestly it felt like I had my own hype team to make sure I was happy with my purchases.

Excellent and engaged staff members, both on the shop floor and in changing rooms. Keenan helped me find a suitable style of jeans. He had great knowledge of the product numbers, style and fit. He went straight to the jeans he thought most suitable for what I asked and gave me an excellent personal service while still looking after other customers and staff. Changing room staff were also very helpful with all customers. A very well presented and organised store. Purchased two items and very happy with the experience.
Update... I've done a lot of shopping in the last few months and have regularly felt disappointed. I feel most retailers need to train their staff. Customer service appears to have disappeared off the face of the planet, but not here! This was the best experience I've had in a loooong time. Really, credit where credit is due. 👏
