Premier Inn Mansfield hotel

Arrived after a long day and literally found out my company had booked the wrong day, however, the lovely lady on reception (Teresa) looked after me and found a room, changed my booking to the correct day. Wonderful professional and courteous lady. Thank you again Teresa, you saved the day!
Would recommend this Premier Inn.

Self check in is very good and efficient, but there is a member of staff to help should you need it. Nice clean, spacious rooms. Nice restaurant/pub attached, the food was good and staff were friendly enough.

Great location near motorway and designer outlet, perfect place for a lay over. Rooms as you would expect in a Premier Inn, clean, comfy and functional. Staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast next door is incredibly reasonable as children eat for free for just under £20.

Amazing hotel. Was greeted by a lovely gentleman who helped me with my cases.
Rooms are spotlessly clean.
Breakfast in the next door restaurant was superb.

Easy to find and convenient. Maybe half a mile off the M1.
Staff up to the usual Premier Inn standard - friendly and efficient.
Room spotless but....... no AC, the 1st time I've ever encountered that.
Window had been opened and there was a fan so the warm night was easy enough to sleep through.

Easy to find, plenty of parking, good restaurant next door, room was clean and fresh.

Digital check in is novel, but still a member of staff here to help if you get in a mix up.

We had a last minute need of accommodation and headed to Premier Inn to see if they could accommodate us and our two children. Libby on reception was wonderful, super helpful, super kind and assisted us immediately. She saw how stressed we were and took the effort to even bring us a tray of goodies for us and the children to try and salvage a bad day. What she didn’t realise is the reason for our stay, it was to attend my fathers funeral who had just died of cancer. Libby your kindness made a terrible time, that little bit easier, thank you! We opted to also have breakfast at the adjoining Brewers Fayre, which was lovely and all the staff very friendly.

Rooms were clean and well equipped, all staff inc cleaning members were helpful and kind, keep up the great work!

In short, we’ll absolutely stay here again! Thanks to all there.

Just off the M1 and 20 mins from centre of Mansfield. Rooms comfortable and warm. Breakfast the next day ok.

Amazing stay ...Great rooms great staff fantastic breakfast

Stayed here for two nights with a group of synchronised swimmers. There were 22 of us. Every single member of staff we had dealings with, were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. At dinner on Saturday night they came and took our order rather than us all going up individually which was really helpful. Most importantly, the food arrived quickly and piping hot! Even when part of the group had to leave very early on Sunday morning they prepared a packed breakfast for us with a little message on it. We will be back!

Ideally placed for where we were going, always enjoy a breakfast at a Premier Inn....... and an added bonus of there being no kids running and screaming up and down the corridors

The hotel is clean and really easy to find. The staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful and there were plenty of parking spaces. The breakfast was excellent for the price and there was always enough food out. My only issue is the staff in the bar on a nighttime didn't seem particularly skilled in customer service and barely looked at me.

Well kept hotel close to the motorway. This hotel is super accessible from the motorway, with added bonus of being just far enough that you can't hear a thing. The room was well maintained and welcoming. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Although there was no Air conditioning, the room had a large standing fan available for use.
The breakfast was buffet style with advance booking encouraged. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

Ideal spot just off the M1 loads of free parking and huge number of rooms. Usual great selection at breakfast to set you up for the day. No doubt I will be back.

Great room, comfy bed - as ever, good value food. But most importantly- very helpful staff! I managed to leave a book in the room and they helped get it back to me. Thanks so much - you were stars!😎
