Oza Pharmacy

Changed to oza from well pharmacy!!! What a delight to go in there. Lovely assistants and a pharmacist who never stops smiling 😀

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for Oza’s Chemist for quite some time, but something always seemed to get in the way. Oza’s Chemist dispenses my parents prescriptions.

I can’t thank them enough for their kindness, patience and reliability over the past few years. Special thanks to Ann, who always has a smiling face, explains things clearly and goes the extra mile, and the other girls (sorry I can’t remember names) and Mr Oza.

In a world where good service can be a bit hit and miss, Oza’s customer service is always excellent.

We've been coming in the chemist since Dr oza senior was working and it's service has never changed they all a wonderfull bunch they make you very welcome when you go in 10 out of 10 for there work

Condescending rude and mostly unprofessional. Have had the misfortune to have my prescription default there twice. After both occasions one has come to the realization that have told the surgery never to default my prescription to there again. That way one is able to use a pharmacy where they actually have some manners and are more professional. Also never open on Saturdays so bear that in mind. Downhill since it was sold.

shocking, avoid! prescriptions are never ready for when they are supposed to be expect a very long wait if going here for a prescription and the prescriptions are wrong quite frequently, i'd give it zero stars if possible

I’ve used this pharmacy for about 15 years, since it was sold to Well the service has dramatically dropped! Prescriptions never done on time, they’ve even under-delivered the amount and tried to tell me it was no fault of their own. As I sat there for 30 mins waiting for them to do anything but their job, I saw 4 other customers who had issues with the service. They’re using “the new computer system” as an excuse to hide the poor service. I’ll be changing to a different pharmacy
