Orchard Pharmacy

I got referred here as my local gp had no appointments for the day to treat my tonsillitis. The pharmacist (apologies, unsure of their name) was so helpful, understanding and the whole practice was efficient from start to finish. Excellent service in what would've been an extra 2 days to wait in pain if I had to wait for my doctors to reopen after the weekend

After being in queue position 25 at my doctors, when I got through I was told that safe operating numbers had been reached but was offered to have the prescribing pharmacist contact me. I agreed and he rang me approx. 2 hours later. I explained my symptoms and was asked to visit the pharmacy, which I did 10 minutes later. After a few questions and examination I was diagnosed with bacterial tonsillitis and antibiotics were prescribed and dispensed. Great service! In future I will save the 30 minutes I waited on the phone to the doctors! Highly recommend this pharmacy!

Amazing service. I was told by my GP that I needed to visit here for a contraceptive review as they no longer do them. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a lovely woman behind the counter and seen by the pharmacist within a few moments. The whole process took less than five minutes. So easy and convenient having this service and even better, the staff are all lovely.

Saw the pharmacist at orchard as my GP was too busy. Would highly recommend. I was seen quickly, diagnosed and received the medication required in the same place. Imran was very helpful and the front of house team were all lovely and well organised.

My daughter had ear infection. We couldn’t get to our GP because it wasn’t space anymore…. Orchard Pharmacy help us a lot.! Pharmacist check her ear and give us antibiotics. It was a 5 min wait.

I have just had a consultation with the pharmacist. How much easier and simpler then having to wait for either 111 or wasting a doctors valuable time for a water infection. The pharmacist checked and asked all the questions my doctor would, I didn't feel rushed and I had my medication in less then 10 minutes. Great service and thank you.

Came in to see imran after speaking to him on the phone about an ear infection for 2,5year old child. Ear been checked and diagnosed within 3 minutes and antibiotic prescribed and ready to take with us!

Popped in to get a repeat prescription for the pill. This new service is so fast and convient to nip in and see the pharmacist, especially for those who work and find it difficult to get to the doctors in working hours. In and out within 5 minutes and staff were very friendly and helpful- thank you!

Visited Orchard after attempting to get an appointment at my doctors for the past 3 days (total of 62 phonecalls made). Was concerned that I may need antibiotics to clear up Strep A throat (came into contact with this at work, and not allowed to return to work until treated or ruled out) I had heard that Orchard are now part of the Community Pharmacy which means they can diagnose minor ailments and prescribed medication. I found them very helpful and reassuring. I was seen within a few minutes by the pharmacist who was thorough with all his checks. I would definitely recommend Orchard to anyone with minor ailments.

This pharmacy is my designated pharmacy... the services are exceptional. From the delivery of my medications, to having my flu and covid jabs at the pharmacy and recently struggling with symptoms and able to access antibiotics on a Sunday Morning- with great advice and follow up.

The staff at this pharmacy are amazing. I had to come over from Chesterfield to collect a perspiration fom my mum, which is proving difficult to sauce. They dealt with my with care on the phone and in person great customer service thank you

Got seen straight away for bacterial tonsillitis. It saved the drs time and stopped me from having to wait in the drs surgery and then again in a pharmacy whilst I felt so rough. Highly recommend calling them to see if they can help before going to the gp.

Huge thankyou despite how busy they were today everyone was smiling . i was dealt with swiftly and professionally and with great kindness….so easy rather than sitting for an age in GP Surgery if you can actually get an appointment.. can highly recommend them

This was the first time I had used the pharmacy and was a great service they are offering within 10mins I was given the medication(antibiotics for bacterial tonsillitis)I needed this service should be used as it will take strain from the NHS and will benefit you as an individual as you will get medication faster than having to ring 111thankyou so much guys all staff were so happy and helpful
