My grandad visited on 09/10/23 for ear wax removal and had a great experience. The staff that dealt with him made him feel comfortable and safe, and said he had an overall lovely experience and would like to thank the staff.

Ear micro suction - pharmacist was very patient and reassuring. I was shown pictures of my ear canal, before and after. I was very happy with the way the procedure went.
